Excellent staff and dental work!

He has been so good with my shy children. They were so nervous at first, the friendly staff helped them feel comfortable and not scared of going to the dentist.

The whole team was very nice and professional. I have anxiety going to the dentist but Dr Lawson and his team made me feel comfortable and happy to come back. Quick, easy and painless as possible.

Staff are kind and thoughtful. Willing to work with patients to meet our needs

From the minute one enters the office and speaks with the welcoming staff, goes through the procedure, and leaves the office....it is a wonderful experience. Every one is warm and personable. The atmosphere is very pleasant and we have had the opportunity to be taken care of by this dental office for several years. We gladly recommend Dr. Lawson's office to so many of our acquaintances and friends. Dr. Lawson is highly educated and knowledgeable. His touch in the mouth is exceedingly gentle. This was my first cleaning with your new hygienist - she didn't offer her name but Dr. Lawson called her Diane. I would appreciate more use of the suction tube - perhaps let the patient wield it. I would not be adverse to a more vigorous flossing.

This is the first time that Diana has cleaned my teeth at Eden Dental. She had the most wonderful touch and I was thrilled with the thorough job she did. Miranda knows her teeth. She removed the barnacles from my teeth skillfully and efficiently. I was totally relaxed throughout the cleaning. She gave me some pointers on how to prevent future encrustations. I will be back in six months.

I was very pleased with the services rendered by Miranda at my appointment on Wednesday. Instead of just telling me that I had a lot of tartar and plaque, she took the time to take pictures of my teeth in order for me to see why she was so concerned about it. And instead of going ahead with the scheduled cleaning, she agreed with me that it wouldn't do any good, and would waste my money if we went ahead with the cleaning knowing that I would be starting the deep cleaning asap. She also agreed with me that I needed to get X-rays done since my last ones were done in 2016. The previous person had thought that the 2016 x-rays were sufficient. Miranda also took the time (and asked me if it was okay) to go over my dental hygiene with me to make sure I'm doing it properly, so I really appreciated her doing that and being sensitive to the fact that I might not want that information. Thank you Miranda!

First of all, everyone remembered me and the doctor was up on all of my charts as well as my medical information. From my very first impression, the office was current on all aspects of the C 19 virus and I was very impressed! Due to an unfortunate encounter with a slice of pizza, I suffered a cracked tooth! I was scheduled as soon as possible, and post examination I was furnished with options for repair, costs, scheduling for immediate appointment and advice as to his recommended options. Dr. Lawson has an excellent chairside manner and even put up with all of my questions about the Ferrari California in his parking space!! I highly recommend Dr. Lawson as your dental professional. :)

When I moved to this area, I was in need of finding a new dental office. After having the same dentist and hygienist for 30 years, I was apprehensive to find the same quality of care I had experienced all those years. My apprehension was unnecessary! I needed a dental clearance for a surgery. Because one of a tooth's roots looked different, Dr. Lawson did not feel he could give clearance, and he no longer had the materials for the test. The office gal, Tiffany, kindly sought a 2nd dentist who had the test (to determine if I could be cleared) in Grants Pass, where we were going to be that afternoon. She was able to find one, I was able to work out the time between other appts., the test was done and clearance obtained with reports sent to Dr. Lawson and the surgeon. Unfortunately, because I got a cold that weekend and COVID-19 prevented elective surgery, I was not able to have the surgery and was only able to tentatively schedule a new date. But I do appreciate the dentist's office thoroughness and extra effort helping me get the clearance, since they couldn't give it. I just wish my own dentist could have had the test... (lots of forms to fill out for one little test at a different dentist).

I have an extreme fear of the Dentist. Doctor and staff have been so kind and caring. I had a very bad cavity much worse than we thought. Doctor did an amazing job and was able to save my tooth without a root canal. I truly thank you all for taking such good care of me. Thank you

The entire staff is uber-accommodating. Dr. Lawson apparently answered his calling. He is the consummate dentist, with a wonderful chair side manner. I had to have my dislodged crown reinstalled. Even though I was scheduled for work on another tooth, Dr. Lawson and staff listened to my concerns regarding another tooth and proceeded to address the problem. Called for an urgent no emergency appointment and was seen the same day. Tiffany the receptionist was polite friendly and helpful. Dr Lawson was EXCELLENT! I have some medical issues which makes dental work a bit challenging. Dr Lawson meticulously listened to everything that I had to say then he explained my options in detail. He has a subtle sense of humor and a personality that really puts you at ease. Dr Lawson and staff definitely get a thumbs up!

Tooth pain drove me to drop into the office to see what was going on before the Christmas holiday. Dr. Lawson wasn't in but after seeing the x-ray the staff took he came in to do an emergency root canal under a crown. I can only say that I not only have received excellent care, the staff is friendly, outgoing and caring to patients. Dr. Lawson leads the pack in personability and friendliness and clearly the staff enjoys working with him. It really reflects in the way that they treat the patients. U To be honest, going to the dentist isn’t always the most pleasant experience but when you get excellent care and considerate folks providing it, it’s a lot less of a “pain”.
