Awful experience trying to schedule an appointment. I think they do not want to accept new patients anymore. They just hang up on me! Not sure what medical schools teach them about professionalism other than making money. No sympathy towards patients at all!

He is a wonderful surgeon. My daughter had a cyst removed from her neck. He is professional and kind. I called his after hours twice and they quickly replied to my concerns and questions. We love them.

My daughter had surgery in October of 2020. We had an great experience. My daughter had enlarged tonsils and adenoids and they needed to be removed as it caused her to have moderate sleep apena. My daughter recovered quickly.... My daughter used to snore like a grown man but now she sleeps like she did when she was a baby... I literally check on her to make sure she's breathing, she is so quiet now... She's now longer hard to wake up in the morning as I"m sure she's getting more restful sleep. Prior to the surgery she was so difficult to wake up and was always tired. Now she's easy to wake up and full of energy through the day. My daughter had surgery in October of 2020. Year ago this Doctor told me my Daughter was faking her hearing test. We are now in the proses of having her fitted for hearing aids. Nemours ,Several Drs at two locations two different sound booths certified her DEAF.

My son Keenan was given a referral from his pediatrician Dr Miles Landis. So happy he was. The staff was wonderful, very compassionate and professional. We dealt with NP Kayse McGovern and Dr Cotter. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Dr KosKo is not only a great doctor but a caring person as well. My daughter broke her nose and we had to get it fixed. We were unaware how bad our insurance was until we tried to schedule the procedure to correct it. Our insurance had no surgical benefits. Dr Kosko was able to help us negotiate better cash prices and then changed his schedule around in order to do the procedure.We are in the medical profession and we have never seen nor heard of a doctor going the extra mile like this for their patients. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE that he took such a personal interest in our daughter. Her nose is fixed and it looks great. I love a doctor that tells you the truth of what to expect

Dr. Kosko has given us exceptional care for the past 7 years to our son, who has had 5 surgeries and many office visits! Dr. Kosko is super friendly and treats us like family! We would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone!????

Dr. Kosko is wonderful. He’s to the point and very thorough. Thanks to him my daughter no longer gets back to back sinus infections. We went in for ear tube removal and he explained to me that he could help her since the entire office visit she was breathing through her mouth (which then was her norm). After an X-ray to confirm it was her andenoids that were large so he was spot on. He removed them and she has not had a cold since. She was even able to get off all allergy medicines. Dr. Gottschall is a waste of time and money. He should not be working with children. He makes no time to get to know your child or the family. He quickly comes in, can't seem to answer my questions, and then prescribes more meds. He tells us to come back and see him in 3 weeks as he hurries out the door to the next patient. Dr. Kosko is a great doctor. He is very knowledgeable, works very well with kids, and did an awesome job on my son's surgery.

Best Dr office experience I have ever had. My wife and I have twins that kept getting ear infections and our pediatrician recommended we find a children ent specialist. After much research, and many referrals, we visited Dr Kosko. Our first impression was amazing, THE GUY ACTUALLY STAYS ON SCHEDULE! Our appt was at 8:15am and that is when we were called back. I was shocked by this since every other Dr appt we have had for these kids was typically 20 min or more after our scheduled appt, but I chocked it up to being an early am appt and went on with my day. Every other appt after was on time, this was not an anomaly. Not only was Dr Kosko on time, he was amazing with my twins and performed two successful procedures that changed my kids heath for the better. We'd typically go 30 days before one got a fever and passed it on to the other. After surgery, we went 14 months without a single fever! We drive an hour each way for Dr. Kosko and his office, and wouldn't hesitate to drive further if we had to. He placed tubes for one of our children and has been wonderful over the past couple of years since. His approach to treatment is not unnecessarily ambitious, nor is it overly conservative. As parents who do an immense amount of research so that we are able to properly advocate for our children, we firmly believe he has his patient’s best interest at heart and he has certainly earned our trust as a result. In-office time is typically minimal and Dr. Kosko’s bedside manner is wonderful with kids and their parents alike. We’ve never had a negative experience with either the administrative or clinical staff. Even when contacting their emergency line on a Sunday afternoon, our matter was addressed only minutes later by another extremely kind on-call physician. Great practice all around. Our daughter had bilateral ear tubes placed by Dr. Kosko last month and we were very impressed from start to finish. Office staff was helpful and surgery scheduling was very easy and efficient. Dr. Kosko took his time at each appointment and made us feel very comfortable. He seems like he is a physician that cares!

Dr. Kosko was awesome. He did a great job on my 3 year old son who needed a tonsillectomy. Would highly recommend.

This office is very rude especially Brandy she is very rude. This office is listed as a tricare prime provider for otolaryngology but states that they don't. I would advise that everyone to stay away.

Doctor Kosko is an amazing Dr. he took really good care of my daughter on WED 3/15/2017 when she swallowed a nut that went into her lungs or large airways, he was able to perform a procedure to take this object out of her lung, thank God no more wheezing sound or hard breathing, she seems to be fine now after 2 days when the procedure was done. thanks Dr Kosko, you are a great person... If I could give zero stars I would. This man almost killed my 4yr old daughter. He sent her home with an arterial bleed from a tonsillectomy because he didn't want to be bothered fixing it, since he was not the original surgeon. He's negligent, and should not be allowed to practice. My 2017 resolution is to make sure he can NEVER HARM ANOTHER CHILD. EVER!!!!!!

Kosko is horrible. He performed a tonsillectomy on my daughter. The next day she started bleeding. I went to the ER and her didn't even call to check up on her. Long story short she ended up going to the ER 2 more times (96 hours of ER). Finally the third time a different ENT had to cauterize the right tonsil again. Through all of this DRAMA I called the office three times and once they didn't call me back , once someone called me back 5 hours later and was rude to me addressing my concerns, and the last time I called I was going to the ER, my daughter bleeding, and the office called me the next day ( a little to late). Through the entire 3 weeks of recovery/ER.....NO ONE called me from Kosko's office to check on my daughter.Kosko performs the surgery and then "Wipes his hands." My daughter was bleeding from day one and my day 10 of letting the bleeding go untreated she lose half her blood and almost had a blood transfusing. Kosko is a horrible doctor and your ability to call someone when you have a question is impossible. STAY CLEAR go to an adult ENT if you need to. Kosko is horrible.
