They never answer their phone. Left a message never got called back. Found a place in federal way that was more than accommodating!

nice reviews, but sometimes people need to know if the doctors is good at what they do. Not just if the staff are nice .. I am looking for a dermatologist for young age, ace. So I wish I could get any result for that.

The people are very great and welcoming! They make sure they get your taken cared of! I love Lisa, always gives me what I need, she's awesome!

I haven't even gone to my first appointment yet and I'm not impressed. The gal who made my appointment was less than helpful and sounded annoyed to be there. I had a referral, which she found after telling me that she probably didn't have it yet and then asked me what they were seeing me for. Didn't she have the referral? Shouldn't she be able to read said referral and figure it out? Once she found it I asked her what it said and she said "oh hon, I couldn't begin to pronounce it." I am less than impressed and honestly, if my opinion doesn't change after my appointment, I'm going to find somewhere else. This day and age, people have so many options available to them. Businesses can't afford to have a miserable person answering the phones. UPDATE : Nice enough staff in person but they had the timer on my light therapy wrong and instead of adding the difference they just added the additional time and so I went in for almost double the time I should have. Awesome, caring, well informed, and helpful doctor. Great bedside manner as well as intelligent enough to know when to pass to someone who may be better able to address a specific problem.

Dr. K and Dr. Lisa are SO AWESOME. They are the most kind doctors I have found in Tacoma. Dr. K has a great attitude and makes you feel truly cared for. I am so glad I found them for my dermatology needs!

He has good intentions, but caused more harm than good. I cannot endorse any doctor that thinks it is ok for his patients to use topical steroids(TS) long term. He and other dermatologists unfortunately do not understand the drugs they prescribe and their side effects. Dr Komorous really wanted to help, but doesn't understand topical steroid withdrawal or red skin syndrome. This is horrific, especially for children. Eczema and psoriasis can get worse from these drugs and withdrawal is horrific.
