Our pediatrician referred us for the many tonsil infections. But Dr Key found it “hard to believe how many times she was sick.” Awful bedside manner. Spent a total of 4 mins in the room. Keep repeating back to me everything I told him in a distasteful tone. Made me feel like a complete idiot. He couldn’t give me a reason besides “I wanted to” when I asked about her first tubes being titanium. I would never hope any mom or child experienced what we got last week. Super upset, ACH is letting someone see children’s with this type of behavior. I have heard a many times, this isn’t the first time he talked to parents this way. I have recorded all visits with him.
