Dr.kapustiak has been so helpful and polite. We've been at his office so many times.,and every time we have an emergency he's always there to help.
I've seen Kapustiak twice. Both times he was abrupt, impatient and rude. I won't go to him again.
Dr. Kapustiak is the best! He performed an eyelid sling surgery on both my eyes and they’ve never looked better. Book an appointment today - you won’t be sorry.
Really bad experience! Bad customer service and they not even look for your information, my primary doctor sent the referral electronically and also via fax and they claimed they do not have the referral on file and then try to give you an appointment 3 weeks from today, simply unacceptable!
Dr James Kapustiak is the best dr ever. If you have any issues and I mean any issues he will schedule to meet you eben when hes off work. Hes the best dr ever. Glad youre my dr wouldnt trade you for any dr Sabrina Young

Not a very good surgeon my eyebrow lift failed after 3 weeks and eyes started drooping again he said my eyebrow position is going to stay this way because that is the way it is I got a second opinion and the surgeon recommended getting another surgery because one of the eyes muscles is totally drooped and the other one started he may be a good general opthalmologist but not a great surgeon
