This office recently moved to a new building on East Street in Pittsboro - about 2 blocks from the Courthouse. The staff is very helpful and great humans. They listen to you. They are competent. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality health care.

Dr. Butler and Dr. Holt are the best! I have never had a problem and they always take care of me. It's nice to have a doctor who knows you and cares about you!

Dr Holt treats his patients as people not 'symptom of the day' like most.

I've been Cindy Julich's patient for over 15 years. She takes time to discuss what's going on in my life...it may be impacting my health. She takes time to explain in human-speak why I have the health issues I do. She does not preach....she has complete empathy for my vices and only encourages to quit these vices, or even cut back. She has a gr8 sense of humor. She listens to stuff I read about on the internet regarding health issues, and is very open to new ideas and treatment. This is why Community Family Med seems so slow. A good personality does not make up for a lack of sound medical judgement. This doctor is not able to diagnos serious medical conditions.

The wait to see the doctor is so long because so many people want to see Dr Holt. He spends enough time with you to really listen to whatever your concerns are,and he includes your input in the treatment plan. He is very friendly and I believe that he really enjoys helping people. He has a lot of experience with a wide range of health problems and will take the time to answer any questions you may have.
