Why is the rude office staff still there? Tina is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in an office type setting!!! The whole office staff is nasty but she is the worse. I just wonder why she is still there and why she is allowed to treat people the way she does. She has way too much power and people should speak up about her and all the rude office staff. I can't belive they've gotten away with treating hurting people with such disgust. And if you have to have surgery you are stuck with these people. So you should ask yourself before surgery if you're willing to be treated badly for any further care you might need after surgery. Yeah if I only knew before that they are disgusted with people who need help i wouldn't have chosen this place!

I would not recommend at all. He acted as if he did not won't to be there and as if me have problems with pain in my back and arms were of no concern to him. When I asked about certain issues that I am having he said it had nothing to do with what I'm there for and to go back to my regular doctor the issue was in my hands which I was there for.Said he could recommend me to a different hand Surgent at the orthopedic group for injections which I've already done. He was just over all extremely rude

HI, I am a 31yo male with a chronic cervical spine issue. I have an old compression fx where c6 and c7 nearly sit on each other bone/bone & have associative narrowing and bulging at c4 to c6. I went to him for evaluation and to help my pain which has worsened and now take excessive otc medications to help minimally. He said I don't qualify for sx yet, but my pain is unbearable and he shrugged his shoulders sadly. He is only in this field for money and it showed clearly w/o basic medicine usage.
