Very compassionate and great with kids. He was booked to the max but worked diligently to minimize the wait. He didn't rush and exemplified great patience in explaining everything and answering questions. Very attentive.

Dr. Harrell was as advertised! He was super nice to my daughter, thorough in his examination process, and educated my wife and I on his analysis as he checked our daughter. His staff was fantastic and made my daughter (who was scared) feel right at home. I would recommend Dr. Harrell and his staff to ANYONE!!!

Dr. Harrell is a wonderful doctor. He is very nice and always concerned about your health.

He was kind and attentive but he kinda kept forgetting what he said, maybe due to being overworked in the medical field. He didn’t check the charts before he started to access my child. I reminded him and it was fine after that .

Dr. Harrell is and has always been a thorough physician. He loves what he does, and it shows. He takes the time to listen, asks/answers all additional questions, and then provides details of his diagnosis and plan of care. All three of my children have now reached the bittersweet age of 18 that we can no longer receive care from him; however, we've been most blessed to have been his patients. Dr. Harrell is by fare the best Pediatrician ! We love him!

Dr. Harrell has cared for my three children since birth. Our family has trusted him to help us for over 14 years, and he has been a godsend. Our children have always been well cared for by he and all the staff and doctors of Infirmary Pediatrics.

Minimal wait time and excellent care. Dr Harrell is attentive and always takes a lot of time to listen and explain his thoughts, diagnosis, and treatment plan. He is caring and empathetic. The nurses are also kind and efficient.

We always have the best experience! Dr. Harrell has the most pleasant bedside manner, he is always smiling and gives you the warmest welcome. I never leave his office with any questions and can’t imagine a better place to trust my babies’ health with.

By far the best doctor around! My son loves him!

Best pediatrician with perfect bed side manner! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of physicians.

Dr Harrell is a wonderful, caring doctor. He doesn't rush, he listens and gives consideration to what we say.

Dr. Harrell has always been amazing! Very thorough and informative. I highly recommend Infirmary Pediatrics to care for your babies. I personally have used them with mine for the last 16 years.

I always enjoy going just to talk with Dr. Harrell. He's such an amazing wonderful doctor. Staff on the other hand. He had some amazing staff before. He need to get them back. Dr. Harrell you truly are one in a Million. Thanks for your contributions. Front desk clerks are fabulous as well. Thank you all so very much.

My daughter loves Dr Harrell. She's 12 and she's been seeing him since birth. His disposition is gentle and comforting. He makes her feel relaxed and comfortable during her visits. He's great!

Dr. Harrell is so very compassionate and empathetic. I would recommend him to anyone needing a pediatrician. The love he shows for both of my children is heart warming. His nurse, Nicole, is THE best also! My babies love her, especially my son. Love you guys!!

The best of the best

I absolutely love him. So kind and understanding. Both my boys love him.

Dr. Harrell has seen my boys since they both came in to the world and has always been excellent with them both. He makes you feel like family and shows great concern for each individual patient. The staff is excellent as well. His nurse, Jennifer, is great, upbeat, and always on her game. She is excellent with the kids as well and they make a great team. Dr. Harrell is an excellent pediatrician!!! He has been my sons doctor for the last ten years and has seen him through coughs, colds, asthma, pneumonia, and both major and minor surgeries!!! My son is very comfortable with him and he takes time to talk with us at every visit. He is a good christian man with a beautiful family and I would recommend him to anyone needing a pediatrician!
