Talked very fast, and it was obvious he was trying to end the appointment ASAP. I sensed that he doesn't like women, especially smart/educated ones like me, or maybe it was my Asperger's. I don't really care why he did it. He tried to blow off the reason Rush ER referred me to him, as well as my well documented joint problems. Since it was apparent he never looked at my records, I kept trying to give him information so he'd get the big picture, as well as asking a lot of questions because I didn't trust him. He acted like he was trying to push me out the door ASAP, and was even saying that I didn't need investigation, treatment, or EVEN A DIAGNOSIS as long as the medicine my primary gave me helped. He was also very dismissive towards the things my primary and Anderson's own ER physician told me. To add injury to insult, every time he referred to my bursitis diagnosis, he drew quotation marks in the air. Total arrogance, apathy, and NO sincerity. Atypical Anderson experience for me.
