The Dr. and his staff lack of professional, judgements and humane decency

We love Dr. Jim. My kids have been patients for 15 years. My youngest (8) has down syndrome and they are great, caring, and very patient and professional.

Dr. Jim and Dr. Ada, have always been helpful, the kids have always enjoyed going to the dentist for cleanings and the occasional filling. The girls have perfect teeth thanks to the orthodontia they provided. Best of all, they don't sell you anything, I wasn't even aware they handled adult patients, until I noticed a few while waiting for the kids. One of my best decisions as a parent.

Dr. Jim seemed rushed and annoyed that my son, 3.5 years old wouldn't sit still to have a cavity filled. He was rough with him and kept pulling his mouth open. He used a rude tone with my son when he would wiggle. It took two weeks to get a call back to schedule his appointment since they needed to give my son another form of numbing. When they called to schedule, the original appointment was the wrong thing. Seems like a bunch of incompetence and I will not be taking my 2 children here. Not pleased at all. Blatantly ignored my request for NO METAL fillings on my child that is recovering from brain cancer. Not patient-centered at all. Not up to date on dental education. Staff also clueless on dangers of metal fillings. Archaic. Totally money focused. One of the biggest mistakes I've made as a parent.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great doctors. Wonderful with my special needs child. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
