Dr Froelich has been my family dr for many years. He study’s and keeps up with all the new medical advances. He asked me about whats going on and gives me time to answer. Ask questions along the way so he can make a complete evaluation. He makes referrals when needed and he is affiliated with the local hospital. He is also the local health authority. He is intelligent and kind. Great bedside manner and cares for his patients. Staff is great. I wouldn’t trade him for anything. Hes like part of the family.

Takes too long for the DOCTOR to call in prescriptions. The staff, however , are professional and courteous. I would think the Dr. Needs to COMPLETE a chart Before he moves onto the next chart.

The new staff doesn't know anything about filing insurance or handling referrals to other doctors. What type of doctor's office doesn't know how to refer people????? If you have an HMO the staff doesn't know anything about it. You may need to hire new staff.

I have been one of his patience for over 10 years and have no complaints about him.

Dr. Froelich is always listening and truly cares about your health problems. He goes out of his way to help his patients. He has always provided all the information I need to make my healthcare decisions easy to manage.

Great Dr. caring and very knowledgeable.

Over charges, Co Pay supposed to be $15.00. Charges over $60.00 Codes Insurance incorrectly and refused to correct. He is jus a MD not a Specialist

I've been coming here since I was a teenager and now my kids come here. He sees my teenage daughter on a regular basis. I've gotten to know his staff well over the years. No issues

Dr Froelich and all of his staff, both office and nursing, are so caring and genuinely supportive of me as a patient. I have never felt rushed or hurried. Yet I do not recall having to wait for an extended time in the office, for an appt either. They answer all my questions and do not talk down to me, but explain everything in clear and simple language. I have always felt they want my input with decisions to be made regarding treatment. Saw him for ten years. He got worse and worse about everything such as days late on getting my prescription refilled, running very late with his client's appointments. The last time took two hours. Of course I was a little irritated and told him about it. His solution was to fire me, as his client, even though I was going to quit going there and he knew that, because I told him so. This guy doesn't care what his client's thinks or how he treats them. Over the years, his place became dysfunctional. Even his nurses didn't have the time of day to give me a courteous call, regarding my refills. Once for some reason, I was having severe rang-of-motion in my left shoulder. He took my arm and quickly moves it all over the place without caution. It was very painful. He once did the same to my 70 year old mother with one of her joints and she quit seeing him too. He might be an 'Okay" Dr. to see for some things, but he is definitely not a great Dr. in many ways or how he runs the place. If someone is upset, he should treat that person for that problem and not fire them. That's his sick mentality. He knew I had problems with getting upset easily and knew I had anxiety problems, because he was treating me for them. He didn't want to deal with me anymore, because his next excuse was for me to see a psychiatrist and not him. He knew I didn't have the money for that, but he doesn't care, and many don't. He got worse and worse about everything such as days late on getting my prescription refilled, running very late with his client's appointments. The last time took two hours for a 10 minute visit. Over the years, his place became dysfunctional. Even his nurses didn't have the time of day to give me a courteous call, regarding my refills. Once for some reason, I was having severe rang-of-motion in my left shoulder. He took my arm and quickly moves it all over the place without caution. It was very painful. I really never became a patient. He refused to see me without explanation. I was taken back and somewhat offended that he would treat anyone this way. The only thing I could think of that made him uncomfortable in accepting me as a patient was the list of medications he required before seeing him. I contacted my Insurance company and in turn they contacted him to find out why he refused me. His response was that he was not accepting new patients. If true ... why didn't he tell me that?

Dr. Froelich is a great doctor. I have always had amazing care from his staff, nurses, and himself. He is a doctor that truly cares for his patients. Highly recommend for any and all conditions or care needed.

He is good to listen & to explain in detail his findings His staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. They all work well together. He was our physician in the 80's. We moved to Ca. And upon our return he took us back so he has been our physician for 20 + years. I trust him very much. I have not had any problems with him referring me to other Dr.'s The only thing is I wish he had a way for patients to leave messages. He listens to you and explains things in detail and gives referrals as needed. My family has seen him since 1983. (My children as newborns to adult) His staff is always accommodating.

How did we get so lucky?? Dr. Froelich is wonderful; treats the whole person; listens. His staff is knowledgeable, a great help to him.

Dr. Froehlic takes on a little more than a family practice doctor should even cancer.....he is reluctant to refer out and it caused problems for our family
