On Monday June the 16th I called in for my Prescribed to have refills cause I only had one today and it wasn’t called in so I’m not very happy Frederick you was always good about calling my seizure medicine in

Why does Dr Frederick's office have a telephone if they don't want to answer it? Or, in the off-chance they do answer after you've called multiple times over a few days, desperately needing to see your family Dr, you just get the waiting line merry go round until they realize you're not giving up. So what do they do? They just hang up on you. This after being told to call back in the morning to see if there's any cancelations. There are times when a person needs to see their actual family Dr and the walk-in clinic will not do and I do not appreciate the rudeness the office staff displays when trying to do so. Please tell me what am I to do now? My problem is time sensitive, and I need a release form filled out by Dr Frederick so I can start a new job. Today is my deadline.

Has been my Dr since I was a small child. He's a wonderful family Dr who cares about the health of his patients.

Love Melissa Fredrick she is so awesome.

I recommend this medical clinic to everyone..all of the employee's are nice and really care about their patients. They listen to you as a person...not just another patient. The office is always clean...just a nice atmosphere...

Great dr. Really cares

Great Dr, thorough and listens, rare in a Dr around here. And wait time isn't too bad. I suspect the 1 star review is from one of his Suboxone pts, disgruntled over being cut because they couldn't pass a drug test. I go to him for medical care and he's a good Dr.

Very thorough and thoughtful, great staff. Wait time was a little long, but not bad. Ordered tests from the hospital and reviewed them the same day with me. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family
