Dr. James W Fox IV

I had upper eyelids done by Dr Fox. He also injected fat into my forehead. I had to have a scar revision surgery for my eyelids. The fat in my forehead left a lump. When I complained to Dr Fox, he told me to use vitamin E and walked out of the room.

Dr Fox did my eyelid surgery and I had to go to a new doctor to have them done over again. Dr Fox left me with really bad scars and everything he did to my face had to be done over. I am not sure if he performed the surgery or interns performed the surgery. When I complained to him, he walked out of the room.

I made an appointment with Dr Fox because my previous surgeon, for whom I have much respect, left the practice, but wanted me to have a follow-up visit. I was promptly taken to a treatment room where I was left sitting for 45 minutes. Dr Fox was not even in the office and I was not informed of this and was not told when he would arrive. I am a doctor myself and understand how things work in a practice but this behavior is inexcusable. I will never go back or recommend Dr Fox to any patient!
