James Patrick Flood

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Flood. I went to him because I was experiencing intense pain in my foot. He diagnosed a bone spur in the heel. After wearing a special stretching boot for 3 months and 6 weeks of laser therapy in his office, I am pain free. Besides his skill as a doctor, he is patient, thoughtful, and a very good listener. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend the Flood.

I saw Dr. Flood after a botched surgery from a different doctor left me with severe pain in my second and third toes. Dr. Flood was and continues to be professional. He is kind, patient, and understanding. His office staff is kind and courteous as well. I am pleased to say that under Dr. Flood’s care I am completely out of pain!

My visit was exceptional! The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The office is tidy and clean. Dr. Flood was on time. He took his time, did not rush. He examined my foot, looked at x-rays (which they took at the office) and diagnosed my problem. He is friendly and makes you feel relaxed. I highly recommend him and this office.

The most amazing foot doctor! I have never seen anyone like him. The most caring and compationate doctor I have ever met.

Not only is Dr. Flood knowledgable, he’s caring & kind - with a great humor. He finds the best solution & keeps me informed. His staff is always extremely pleasant & each are well trained to give the best care possible!

I am so glad I choose First Step Foot Care. Dr. Flood and his entire staff have been wonderful. Dr. Flood explained all of my options and explained the surgery that I chose, completely. My surgery was yesterday and when I got home a beautiful flower arrangement was waiting for me from Dr. Flood and his staff. What a kind way to put a smile on my face!

After seeking help from 3 other doctors Dr.Flood listened to my issues I was having with my foot. He was super proactive to start helping me to rid my pain. He was also very patient and always answered any and all questions I may have had! I would highly recommend Dr Flood to anyone who is dealing with any pain issues or discomfort and also if in need of a 2nd opinion.The staff is also very accompanying and friendly! He is also very compassionate! Even if he is a Sox fan. : )

Dr. Flood is an excellent Podiatrist! I highly recommend him. He did an outstanding job on my Hammertoe surgery. I was a patient that not every doctor would take. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, I was a 10. I had waited a long time for this surgery because I was afraid. My surgery was successful and I am proud of my feet again. My recovery time was very fast and not much pain. I can't say enough good about him and his staff.
