Dr.Figge said, w/ my husband who happens to be a Dr. plus had been known to him & was present while I was being told that I can take a lgr (1/8th more of 1 pill) qty.Yet, even after bldwork & an ofc visit confirmed I was eligible-it was denounced subsequent to that upon my calling to inquire as to why the pharmacy never increased that med. Upon my explaining otherwise, my call was abruptly ended w/ being told "the mgr will call you to handle this", wherein I was then dismissed from that unacceptable 'practice'. He contraindicated himself w/ his outrageous lie to the staff & to 'pt.services' who were told the same. My husband messaged him stating he 'should've just told me during that appt. ' & sassu no. Figge cannot be trusted &/or he has issues that irrationally impede his ability to practice. Beware- your health/coverage is at risk there!

Dr.Figge best doctor l have ever had. Treats you like you are a family member. Alway takes time to help you. His staff is tremendous

Thorough and intelligent. Smarter than any of my other doctors because my other endocrinologist missed my condition. Dr. Figge found it and now under treatment.

Dr. Figge was excellent and very intelligent. He cared enough to investigate my condition another doctor missed.

Every doctor appointment is over an hour and a half wait. I have the first appointment of the day we did an hour to hear him come in the back door finally he does not show appreciation to patient’s time. Had to reschedule appointment 3×2 times were for not getting script for blood work last time was appointment was an hour and a half behind schedule. This is happened every time and every office

Worst experience ever!!! My husband just lost a toe and part of his heal do to his diabetes! He had to see Dr. Figge as a follow up after a 3 week stay at the hospital! He is unable to put any pressure on his foot whatsoever! Our appointment was scheduled by the hospital for 11:20 am today, they told us to come 20 minutes early to do paperwork. We arrived at his office at 10:45 for a 11:20am and he made us wait 2 1/2 hours my husband was in pain so we left! We will never go back. 2 1/2 hour

Don't waste your time. Scheduled to see Mandy Black NP. She was not there, Dr. Fugue left. Waited over a half hour to see no one since no one was there. Staff us totally unprofessional will not go back. Will speak to primary about his lousy referal.

I was not happy with the wait time. I waited 1 hour in exam room. Didn't see dr

He is knowledgeable and experienced in diabetic management and other Endocrine issues.

Office is unresponsive. Scripts IF & WHEN they are finally sent are often inaccurate. Getting the scripts fixed is next to impossible since Eleanor the Dr's helper never admits mistakes and refuses to fix anything. This last time was the final straw. They refused to correct a prescription for insulin that I was running out of! 4 days after I requested a call from the dr. and corrections to 2 scripts. Dr. never called and scripts never fixed. Complained to office manager and kicked out! RUN!!!

Always have to wait at least 30 min up to 1 and 1/2 hours in room. He is matter of fact. Doesn't take time to ask how you are feeling. Stuck on lab numbers. Not willing to be progressive. Stuck on synthetic drugs. Would not recommend him.
