Wonderful "hand" person...He was able to fix another doctors screw-ups with my brother-in-laws hands and have cared for many of his patients.

very professional, clean and caring. I have had Dr Dietz do surgery on my hands before and he took care of my problems.

I had carpal tunnel in both hands and with microscopic surgery Dr. Dietz stopped my pain. With a tiny incision at the wrists and a very short recovery, I was pain free after years of suffering. I would highly recommend the surgery and having Dr. Dietz perform the surgery.

I don't remember the date I was treated or how long ago I visited Dr. Dietz, but I do remember that the issue was resolved in a timely and efficient manner and I would go to him again if I had another problem.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Dietz was also friendly, professional and also knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment quickly and was in and out of the office quickly with all questions answered.

DR. Dietz is an excellent surgeon with excellent bedside manner. I don't have a scar and I have Keloid skin. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Surgeon! Did 3 surgical sites at one time. No scars. Great bedside manner. Will go back to him to do other arm when it is time. He trues non surgical therapies first which is most prudent.

I have been a patient here for years for many different reasons, and have seen most of the doctors here. The doctors and the staff have always provided excellent care, efficiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend them for any type of orthopedic care.

Dr. Dietz performed a few surgeries on me, two carpal tunnel and two surgeries for a very serious elbow injury. He is a very skilled physician and I had excellent care. Would definitely recommend him.

I was referred to Dr Dietz and made an appointment in the middle of August for September. I broke my right wrist and was having some nerve issues. 1 week before my appointment I was told they were cancelling my appointment with Dr Dietz because I had seen another doctor in the practice 3-4 years prior. The receptionist I talked to was very rude and could care less I was upset and when I said I would cancel my appointment she said OK and hung up. I am in pain and I called 3 times to see if they had any cancellations and never once mentioned this policy. I will not return to this practice and would not refer any one to them. Dr. Dietz is patient, kind and takes his time to listen. I needed a shot in the elbow and it was very gentle.

I went to Dr.Dietz for a second opinion. He knew the correct way to assess my injury and explained that surgery was not necessary and that my problem would heal with time. He's the Real deal , just as he said that was September 2020 and all is well. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Dietz is great. The scheduler is not good. Had to wait way too long, both in the lobby, and in the room. Need to allocate more time for each patient, so it doesn’t back up like hat.

Dr. Dietz is a wonderful surgeon. He has done surgery on both of my hands and I could not be happier.

Awesome physician. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and reviews all concepts, treatment options, etc. with you in both technical and day-to-day lingo with me. I often refer him to my friends and family for medical care.

Dr. Dietz is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained everything to me in terms I understood. He gave me options to choose from. He realized my problem right away and has continually assisted me along the way. I would highly recommend him.

I had surgery to repair a trigger finger. The total experience was handle very professionally and with great knowledge. The follow-up was thorough and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Dr. Deitz and staff to friends and family without hesitation!

Dr. Dietz performed my carpal tunnel surgery. He is the best hand surgeon on the Eastside. He is extremely competent, kind and did a fantastic job. He is the only hand surgeon for me!! Thank you, Dr. Dietz!!!

Dr Dietz is hands down a miracle surgeon!!! I had tendinitis surgery in Aug of 2018.. From his office staff to his hospital staff, I had the best experience ever... Everyone was so caring and helpful with all my needs... As for my surgery, I was told I would have some pain afterwards..(I asked because I am very pain sensation) and I had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN afterwards.. and the scar is not even noticeable... A very well respected Office and Staff. Dr. Dietz has a wonderful presence and explains in detail how and what he can do to help you with your medical need. The surgeries that I have had have allowed me to live pain free with mobility.

Dr Deitz has done 3 surgeries on my hand over a period of 15 years. First time I went to him I was placed in a room and after one hour of waiting I was walking out when he came around the corner, apologized for being so behind. I have learned he does not care about his patients time, or trying to get his office running efficiently. If you decide to go to him plan on spending the day at his office. He is one of the best in his field so he doesn't have to care about making your appointment, just be ready to wait or find another doctor who has respect for his patients time. Terrible experience!!! Ask for a different referral don’t waste your time. It Took over a month to get in. No cancelation list option. Upon arrival I was told I needed to pay $100 “in case I get an injection or an X-ray” even though I have excellent BC/BS insurance. That way they can just deduct it from my $100. After waiting 45 min in a full waiting room. I inquired how much longer. I was informed the doctor was 2 hours behind. I demanded a refund and left. No idea how good the Dr is but if he doesn’t care enough about my time then I will find one who does.

Went to Dr. Dietz office this morning (Nov. 5th). Arrived at the office at 9:15 for 9:30 am appointment completed paper work. When I arrived at his office there was at least 30 people in the waiting room. I said to myself all these people have 9:30 appointment I cannot believe he schedule all these people at the same time. So I sat and waited to hear my name called. After 45 mins the number of people in the office was close to 30 even after they called out at least 20 names. So I said to myself do I really want a doctor to operate on my hands that cannot even run a effiecent office. I wish they would have let us take numbers so I would have at least known where I stood in waiting to see the doctor. I will go another doctor that respects my time just not their own. So I left after waiting one hour to see Dr Dietz.

Spent nearly 2 hours waiting at my morning appointment, he clearly does not value his patients’ time.

My initial visit with Dr. Dietz was was wonderful, he is a very caring surgeon. Each visit was better each time, because it only took one visit with Dr. Dietz for him to get to know his patients and their needs. My surgery went well and I am finally able to use my left hand pain free. I look forward to surgery on my right hand because I trust Dr. Dietz to once again perform an excellent job.

Excellent Doc. Extremely knowledgeable. Ignore the person who gave a doctor 1/5 for a one time wait-time. Dietz is one of the best out there.

Had carpel tunnel release done on both hands because of constant tingling in my fingers. They were done 2 weeks apart. I feel so much better after only having the right hand done 3 weeks ago with minimal tingling and 1 week for the left with little tingling. Thanks Dr Dietz you truly have given me my hands back. broke my hand and opted for the surgery, the results are great. I cant tell which hand I broke

Have been here an hour with my son and not been called So I have no idea whether or not Dr is any good. Ridiculous. So arrogant to think MY time is not valuable. A dozen people in the waiting room and they all say they regularly wait more than this. Then why not give us an appt an hour from now?!?!

Dr Dietz is a great Doctor and very friendly.

I broke my wrist on vacation and immediately called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Dietz. I had seen an orthopedic surgeon where we were staying and was told I would likely need surgery. The staff at Dr. Dietz's office seemed uncaring and told me the earliest available appointment was 16 days after the day I broke my wrist. I asked if I could be called if there was a cancellation and was told the office was not set up for that. I found a Dr. elsewhere and am scheduled for surgery.

I made an appt. 5 weeks out and never seen the doctor. Waited for 2 hours before I heard other people in the hallway complaining they had been there even longer. Went to the front and demanded a refund of the $100 fee no matter what insurance you have or co-pay, etc. It was easy to find another hand surgeon.

Dr Dietz has treated me a few times and done surgery at least twice. He's an excellent surgeon and medical doctor. You can trust him to be honest with you in all areas. Post surgery physical therapy always brought positive comments about his skills and my healing. Thank you Dr Dietz.

Was referred to Dr. Dietz by my family doctor. It took a while to get my appointment scheduled, because he is in high demand...and for good reason. He is the best doctor. He was very kind and empathetic. He spent quite a bit of time discussing my surgery with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed through my appointment. I had my surgery 3 months ago and am feeling so much better. The staff at the office is very prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Dietz and this office.

Was sent to Dr. Dietz for my Carpal Tunnel that came on during pregnancy. It was unbearable and he recommended surgery. I had to wait over a month for an appointment, but he was the best...I had my surgery and am now symptom free. The office staff was extremely helpful and I actually enjoyed my experience at this office.

My friend referred me to see Dr. Dietz for my Carpal Tunnel. She had surgery with him and was raving about him. I made my appointment and had to wait a month to see him, but it was worth the wait. He is the nicest doctor I have ever seen. He recommended surgery and I am scheduled for that in two weeks. Can't wait for this nagging pain to be gone.

I made my appointment to see Dr. Dietz and am so glad I waited. It was about a month wait to to see him, but he was amazing and I'm so glad I waited ... he was the nicest doctor I have ever seen. The office staff was very nice and the medical assistants in the room were so helpful.

I am sure Dr Dietz is a good doctor, unfortunately, I did not get to see him. After having my first appt (which took 2 months to get) cancelled by the office on that morning, it was rescheduled 3 weeks out. After waiting almost 2 hours in the room, not one person came in to advise me of a delay or apologize for the delay. Having postponed a work call already once, I could not wait any longer. The staff was very unapologetic and did not even check to see why there was a delay.

Was having ankle pain and was referred to Dr. Zingas. He was very thorough and made me feel good about my options. I am finally starting to feel back to normal.

I had to wait a while for my appointment with Dr. Dietz, but I am so glad I did. He was the nicest doctor I have ever seen and he was able to fix my ongoing problem with my elbow. I have referred anyone who complains of a hand/wrist/elbow issue to see him. He's the best!

Dr. Dietz did both of my carpal tunnel release surgeries. The first one took longer than normal for recovery, but Dr. Dietz was reassuring and confident that I would completely heal, which I did. The second surgery had a much shorter recovery time. Dr. Dietz was always pleasant, answered all of my questions and spent time, never making me feel rushed.. Sometimes I had to wait 2 hours to see him, but he always apologized for running behind. He is an excellent surgeon.
