Great office, friendly staff, very in tune with patients, don't get treated like a number

Very pleased with my first visit. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Very nice office staff. Dr. Diethelm is very thorough and intelligent. Glad they were taking new patients. Thank you.

Scheduling a sick appointment with this office is always an issue. Every time you call when you need a sick appointment they NEVER have any left even when calling first thing in the morning. The staffs answer every time is go to an urgent care. They don't have to pay the outrageous copay for urgent care.

Dr. Diethelm is thorough and listens to everything you say and ask. I have never felt rushed and he spends ample time during your visit. I have recommended him to several friends and they are also quite happy.

Long wait time and a not so friendly staff. Been patients for 3-4 years and got charged $30 for a FIRST time missed appointment, which I never got a reminder call. I’m sure the Dr would be glad to know he lost 2 patients. Poor patient service.

I don't dislike the guy as a doctor, and I know you are always going to have to wait a little bit to see the doctor. But it doesn't matter if you are the very first or very last patient - be prepared to wait at least an hour.

Got in soon, pleasant Office and fabulous doctor.

Just moved here and he had no records yet. He & his staff were very welcoming & very professional. Being in the medical field myself, it was quite a refreshment. Often medical offices treat you differently if you come from the medical profession & present with a certain ‘air’ about them. Dr. Diethelm was excellent! Very caring!
