Professional and friendly…clean office. Wait time less than five minutes. Excellent experience.

My experience was pain free and very comfortable. At no time was I uncomfortable or in pain.

The dentist in the office is incredible. Very clean and punctual. I called for an emergency they got me in that day and resolved my problem. I’d rate 10 stars if I could.

I always have a great experience at my dental visits. Katrina is the best and Dr Whitney Johnson was very knowledgeable, nice and personable. Just had a crown prep this morning and the procedure was a breeze! I got out in an hour and was not expecting it to be so quick. Dr. Whitney and her staff were great and everyone was so nice and personable. I give them 5 stars!

Great experience! Friendly and professional staff. Got me in and out in a timely manner. Explained the procedure that I needed well. Explained my insurance and balance well. My last dentist is no longer in network with my insurance. I'm glad I found Johnson family dental!

Dr. Austin is great! I needed a root canal. I was told by many people this would be painful. I had absolutely no pain during this procedure. Thank you Dr. Austin!

I had a problem with an old crown that came apart and no longer had a dentist in the area to take care of my painful situation. Not only did the staff , but Dr. Whitney and Dr. Austin treated me with compassion and care the following day and took care of my painful tooth, and made me feel at ease when I was a nervous wreck. Thank you. You both have what it takes , and what a gift it is.

Excellent dentist! Staff are friendly and they were great with me as well as my wife. They fixed some things a previous dentist had messed up. Everything they have done appears to be top notch work. Just had a bone graft and so far it feels great.

Very pleasant team from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist. Love the professionalism and personal touch… everything was explained so I could understand. The office and the treatment rooms were very clean and modern.

2/3/2023 WENT TO THE DENTIST FOR FULL MOUTH GUARD -MOUTH X-RAYS USING COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY WITH A HAND MOUTH TEETH SCANNED .... ABOUT 20 MINS , AND WAS OUT FAST .... HAVE UNITEDHEALTHCARE INSURANCE PAYS .... WELL SO FAR GOOD TO GO ..... TAKE CARE GOD BLESS !

This was my first time to their office and I expected to get a checkup and be rescheduled or worse sent somewhere else because "we don't do that here " Everyone worked hard to get quite a few things done, all in one visit. It was great!!!

Excellent experience. Katrina always does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Johnson was very friendly. Look forward to going back.

Watch out for their insurance scam. My wife and son went there. She turned in the insurance info and Johnson family dental forgot to mention that their practice is considered out-of-network for my insurance. Thanks, not going there again.

Jessica (the hygienist) and Dr. Austin Johnson were very friendly and thorough. They made sure to answer all of my questions and give advice on any concerns I had.

Cindy is the best hygienist. She has been cleaning my teeth since I was 9! I always enjoy my visits with her.

I was a new patient with both sides of my mouth hurting because of some problems. Took me right in and started fixing the problem. I don’t think I’ve seen a dentist as personable as Dr. Johnson. His assistant made me feel right at home. She is a keeper. Thank you Johnson Family Dental.

I had not been to the dentist in probably 5 or 6 years. My other dentist had retired and then the pandemic hit. I was really impressed at the service I received from Dr. Johnson and his nurses.

Had my semi-annual cleaning performed by Cindy. She was very professional and explained everything she was doing very thoroughly. Was an outstanding hygienist. Will definitely use her again.

They were very friendly and welcoming. My daughter had broken a tooth, and it was causing her pain but our previous dentist no longer accepts our new insurance. Johnson's got her in that same day and fixed the issue. They were very informative about the treatment plan and seemed to care about their patients.

My husband and I highly highly recommend Johnson Family Dental. Both doctors are excellent, friendly, and caring. The staff is top notch. Very very professional practice. It’s the kind of practice that makes you like going to the dentist.

Nice clinic with friendly staff. The doctor was straight forward but not pushy. Getting a filling was quick and painless. Definitly one of the best dentist experiences I had so far.

They were able to get me in on short notice and even fixed a tooth another dentist was going to pull. The staff was wonderful and made me feel at ease. Each one took patience with me and did an amazing job. Awesome team work!

I had scheduling issues. More than once, the office scheduled my visit, then changed the time later through text only. On my last visit, When I was then " late" by the 15 minutes, which was the change time, they refused to see me. I had already waited over a week when this was not a routine visit, but I was having issues. The time change was noted within the text, but I didn't catch it when I confirmed. I left feeling that my dental problem was not their priority.

Dr.Dash is an excellent dentist, his staff is very nice, professional and answer any questions you have, they always work me right in, won’t go any where else!
