Amazing place, they do really good with my little girl every time we go.

Very pleasant and respectful staff and the staff go beyond to get you together. The prices are amazing and they work with you.

It gave me a great smile for pictures made my teeth straight and I love talking to the people there because they actually get to know you for a orthodontist it’s kind of funny that people get to know you like that.

The whole staff is very friendly and respectful.. my experience today with both ladies working front desk had me leaving out laughing because they were picking with each other. I love this place and very happy I chose The Brace Place????

Dr. Crouse and his staff are simply amazing. My daughter didn't want to continue on with her braces, but they created enthusiasm. They educate and provide suggestions then if a bracket becomes a problem, help is quickly arranged. Instead of dragging her in, my daughter goes willingly, and we're greeted warmly every time. Each time they're helpful with each challenge and supportive. Thank you Dr. Crouse and all staff.????????????

Dr. Crouse and his whole team is amazing. From the ladies who greet you at the front desk and the ladies in the back. They all do a phenomenal job!

Highly recommend for braces! Staff and Service is great! I would recommend the Platinum Plan- it expensive but worth it, especially if there are problems down the road (work is covered!!)

I am extremely pleased with the staff at The Brace Place! The front staff as well as Dr and his assistants! Everyone takes their time to explain things clearly. Oh and my teeth are beautiful! They weren’t badly misaligned just a minor imperfection but I’m satisfied!

Dr. Crouse and his staff are professional and very friendly. His office is clean and organized, and the waiting room is very comfortable and inviting. As an added bonus, they have a pair of turtles in an aquarium on the receptionist’s desk. Since I am someone who loves turtles, it was fun to see them during my visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Crouse to anyone who is looking to get braces.

My experience was the best. My son had got his braces some time ago and recently he had them removed. The experience from the beginning to the end was phenomenal ! The staff is always so pleasant and helpful. My son will still receive treatment here and I will be looking to get my teeth done real soon!!

I’ve witnessed a high-level professionalism with all age groups that come through the building. During one of my last visits, it was nice to see how the staff was more excited than I was to see all my progress. It made me smile ear to ear confidently! They have treated me with the upmost respect and care over the past three years even with career changes, I can’t wait to see my new smile after the removal of my braces!

I can’t say enough good about Dr. Crouse and his staff in their Salisbury office. They’ve always been so friendly, accommodating, and affordable.

I went there as a teenager and my experience was so good. That when my daughter needed braces I took her there nothing has changed still such a pleasant experience.

The Brace Place was wonderful start to finish! Holly at the front desk helped me figure out a schedule that fit our families needs and helped me when I needed to move things around. Couldn’t be happier!

We have always had a Great experience here. My son currently is a patient here and my daughter previously came. Doris has been wonderful helping set appointments!!!

Dr. Crouse and his staff took care of both of our children when they were young, and now it's my turn to get a pretty smile. It's never too late! Dr. Crouse started "The Brace Place' in Salisbury and people know it's the place to go to get the best looking, straightest teeth. He now uses Invisalign, which you can get most anywhere, but I would only trust Dr. Crouse to oversee the process to get the best result possible. My twins went to Dr. Crouse for their braces. a few years ago. Now, my teeth need straightening again -- after 50 years -- so I will definitely go to see Dr. Crouse!

Office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Crouse explains everything and answers questions without it seeming like a problem. Wait time is minimal, i think the longest we've waited was 5 minutes before my son got called back. Bonus - they have a keurig for you to enjoy while you wait which is wonderful for parents who take their kids to early ortho appts!! I have recommended and will continue to recommend.
