I debated on even doing this but it helps someone else make a more informed decision that’s my goal . The staff was very friendly. I was told by doc that implants weren’t an option as they do restore breast to natural state in the practice . I understand that however It’s important for them to have discussed that it could be done just not by them . Instead I was put though a 10 hr surgery and honestly not sure they had done enough of my particular flap surgery till after the fact . I was assured I had enough flap to do both breast and ended up such a drastic cup difference not to mention where I was cut and closed was not what was discussed. I went to second phase yet completely disappointed to point I stopped with them . Both surgeries done was not what was told . It was years later and finally went to another surgical group for a consult. Lat flap with implant and area fixed and symmetry on point . There was no other option to repair what had been done by this practice to even me out and for symmetry but can tell you I will never recommend this practice. It’s awful cancer patient through unnecessary surgeries it was never gonna come close to looking normal and not to mention the body image issues it caused for me when it was totally fixable . Its 4 years later , 3 surgeries to correct but looks amazing now and have the symmetry, fullness etc ! I’m grateful to my new surgeons that fixed their botched looking work !

If I could give Dr. Craigie 100 plus stars I would! I am so grateful for him! Because I already had three previous reconstruction surgeries from a Doctor that had failed me tremendously and radiation treatments it took me ten years to be able to trust and feel comfortable to try one more time. Dr. Craigie cared for me as if I were a part of his family. Dr. Craigie, thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me my life back! I can look at myself again and feel comfortable in my own skin and I can wear what I choose and feel normal again. You are perfection! Dr. Craigie and PA Kimberly Kay are excellent caring professionals! Natural breast reconstruction was my choice after mastectomy and Dr. Craigie's office and team are the best! Much love! The Fishers

Always willing to answer questions, reassure when necessary. Without doubt the best surgeon for my natural breast reconstruction.

Recommended by at least a literal dozen of my pink sisters, I chose Dr. C for my natural breast reconstruction. Mine was complicated by not being able to spare my nipples and needing radiation (which meant delayed also), but he and his incredibly caring and insightful assistant, Kim Kay, were able to make me feel like anything was possible. (And answered ?s constantly!) I had not a shred of doubt that they could make me feel good about myself again, and I do, and his work is pro perfect. LOVE!
