James Craig

I have had to see Dr. Craig twice for pain relief via an injection. I could not say enough good about him or his staff! It embarrassed me how frightened I was. Dr. Craig and his staff could not have been kinder about putting me at ease, answering my questions and explaining everything!

Not only did I wait months to get appt with Dr.Craig, but waited forever in what seemed to be a room with revolving door FULL of patients. Immediately upon entering the office this was obvious to me as it was packed elbow. Finally I get my whopping 5 minutes with Dr. Craig, never even touched my back. Asked me to “point” to where my pain persists ! ????? I left with your typical script which I did not want and he offered no follow up and no other options. Don’t waste your time.

He is very knowledgeable,personable,and easy to talk to. I never feel like I am being rushed. He is a great asset to Upmc .
