Rude, arrogant, and very condescending.

Excellent care from Dr. James Connolly. Very nice office, very nice medical staff, and great medical care.

Dr. Connolly is extremely knowledgeable in his field and demonstrates true concern for his patients. He will go the extra mile to assist you with your medical issues.

Excellent doctor but bedside manner not there.

Dr. Connelly is rude and belittling. There is a definitely a nicer approach to getting a point across. I’m on the search for a new allergist.

I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for over 2 years. He also performed nasal surgery on me, but he checked every issues and outcomes on many test before we agreed on the surgery. Dr. Connolly and the whole staff are compassionate and professional.

??James Connolly and Ashly(MA) In addition to excellent medical /great surgical skills, consistently punctual ??, he has a super personality, comforting sense of humor .., Grade 10 or 10 on my scale??

Never had an ENT take so much time to examine and question me. Past doctors write a script, shove me out the door and say hopefully that will help

I went to Dr Connolly’s office because I was having trouble hearing in my right ear and I was getting a dark brown discharge in the ear. Doctor found out that I had an ear infection and put me on medical ear drops for a week. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent ENT doctor.

Had a Tele-Health appointment with Dr. Connolly this past Saturday. He was extremely thorough, asked a lot of questions and explained everything in detail, including medication instructions. This was a very good experience & very much appreciated at this time.

Dr.connolly gave me the most complete exam for my allergies now. I can use most allergy medications over the counter he explained all about my allergies and how they work. Then he asked me if I had trouble sleeping told him yes. He gave me a test about needing a cpap machine . I failed it and needed one. No one had ever addressed that subject. His office staff which is very friendly checked my insurance and got in touch with the cpap machine people and I started wearing one. I love it and sleep with it every night. If I would not gone to see Dr Connolly I would not be sleeping all night and have not gotten my allergies under control. Dr. Connolly did not push me to take all kind of allergy test nor was he aggressive but with his knowledge got right to the diagnosis. I would recommend him to anyone. He and his staff are great. has made Me get a good night sleep. The staff and doctor are great and friendly. Ialso love the system were they text and email you that your appt is coming.

Dr Connolly takes the time to understand what is going on before treating his patients. After several years, we decided on surgery, but he spoke to my allergist, my eye doctor, and my primary care physician to understand the full picture and to build the case for the insurance company. Only complaint I would have is they are ~very~ adept at reminders before appointments... texts, emails, robocalls, and nurse calls!

I have sleep Apnea and was also snoring because of nasal stenosis + a deviated septum. Dr Connolly and his team addressed ALL of my issues. I now use a CPAP for my apnea . My APIs have dropped from 53 (initial sleep study) to about 10-15 today. He later performed an outpatient procedure to open my nasal passages using only local anesthetic and a new machine called a VIVAER. I drove myself home! Not long ago that same procedure would have required general anesthesia. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Dr. Connolly is a great physician because he is the consummate professional who is expertly competent and extremely knowledgeable. He is an even greater physician because he is caring and compassionate in his dealings with the patient. He goes above and beyond to attend to his patient's needs. I saw him for the first time when I was suffering from a traumatic experience and he and his super staff guided me through that experience with expert care, attentiveness, follow-up and true concern.

Can't recommend him enough.

Dr Connolly may be the most thorough and competent doctor I've ever been treated by. Highly recommend that you see him if you are suffering long-term sinusitis.

I had several sinus issues. Dr Connolly surveyed my needs & explained more than one option. We decided what and about when surgery would work for us. I would recommend him for new born babies to senior citizen patients. I have had excellent recovery. Great positive bedside manner.

Today my little one at only 6 months old needed tubes placed in his ears. I would like to say that Dr. Connolly was amazing with everything from explaining what he was going to do at his office all the way to checking on us in recovery at the surgical center! I am so happy we have him as an ENT!! I would highly recommended Dr. Connolly to anyone!!! We had a great experience and it’s all do to him!!!

Dr. Connolly is by far the nicest, most caring and attentive Dr! He did my daughters tubes and removed her adenoids. The next day he called to check on her, that sealed the deal for me with him! Highly recommend Dr Connolly!

Dr. Connolly and his staff has been awesome when it comes to patient care, especially in times of an emergency. The medical care is top notch and the effective treatment has helped my live a more normal life with a chronic medical issue.

When I came to Dr. Connolly I had seen five specialists concerning a throat issue that was never solved. Dr. Connolly has worked to ease my severe allergy issues and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor that doesn't just write a prescription and say, "next!". Went to Dr Connolly with external ear pain. He was very gentle while examining and cleaning my ears. Had never had my ears cleaned before and didn't really know what to expect. Totally painless, couldn't even feel it. I have had a clear drippy nose, coughing and hoarseness for bout 6 years and he addressed that by prescribing a nasal spray (that I had never used before). After the first application of it, I knew that he helped me tremendously!! I am basically cough free now! Highly recommend him

When we are sick we want a Doctor. When we go on vacation we want a friend. With Dr. Connolly we get both! Dr. Connolly is an excellent and caring Doctor. He gives you a relaxed and comfortable experience with each visit. He has surrounded himself with awesome and friendly nurses and office staff. Real people helping and serving real people. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Connolly and SLENT for your ENT needs. Thanks Dr. Connelly for caring for us, the real people.

He did my tympanoplasty and it failed. And he didn't seem to care or follow up. It's already not an easy surgery (it's not fun having your ear operated on) and now I have to search for a surgeon callable of fixing it.

Great staff and he actually listens to what you say. He also explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend him.

He and his staff are excellent!! Takes time answering questions or concerns you may have and explains it well....its hard understanding doctor's terms sometimes. I just felt very comfortable from the first office visit. I highly recommend Dr. Connolly.

I just wanted to take a moment and say how wonderful Dr. Connolly?s nurses have been to me. They listen to what I have to say, and make me feel like I am more than just a number. I?ve had some horrible doctors in the past (the last ENT I saw for example!) but I feel welcome when I visit your clinic, and not like an inconvenience. Dr. Connolly is an enjoyable doctor, but the nurses make the difference. I have received text messages and calls after hours to answer my questions.

Dr. Connolly is your un-typical doctor. What I mean by that is he takes all the time you need to explain your symptoms and he does not leave the room until you fully understand everything. I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Connolly. The last was an Intranasal Surgery. Unlike most doctors, he did not pack my nose after the surgery. This helped tremendously to reduce my pain and discomfort. In fact, I only experienced pain for two days after the surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Connolly

Dr. Connolly has seen my daughter twice in the past 6 months. He is extremely knowledgeable and an utmost professional. He was friendly, courteous, and patient with my daughter. He gave sound, trustworthy advice after a detailed and lengthy explanation of the infectious process as well as medical versus surgical options for treatment. His staff was more than accommodating. His office is immaculately clean. It was a pleasure working with Dr. Connolly. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Connolly is the most condescending jerk I have ever met, and def the worst Doctor. He told me that, because I was breastfeeding my baby past 6 mis, I was causing all kinds of allergies, and I caused my child to have RSV. He did not listen to a word I said, only wanted to preach medical jargon to me. He neglected to order the proper testing as well.
