I love Dr Cockrell. He is great with his specialties. I see him for my knees. However the receptionist sent me to him for my foot. Now I have to go back another day to see a foot specialist.

Dr. Cockrell is very thorough and courteous. This will be my third surgery with him and I trust him and his surgical team to take care of me. I highly recommend him.

Pleasant visit. Dr. Cockerel diagnosed my problem to my satisfaction. Gave me a shot and a prescription. Told me to check back in three weeks if not better.

I was greeted promptly and diagnosed in less than 3 minutes. I was given 2 prescriptions and sent on my way in less than 5 minutes. I love this place.

I had a very pleasant experience during my appointment at Dr. Cockrell's office, this was my first time meeting Dr. Cockrell's from checking- in , x-rays and examination by the doctor all was handled very professionally. I am really glad that I got to see Dr Cockrell after my doctor retired.

He is great letting you know just what is happening in your joints and what he thinks is the best way to fix it and if it will heel without surgery

This was the first time I ever met with Dr. Cockrell. He was very knowledgeable about the scope of my shoulder pain and communicated clearly and explained his opinion of my shoulder pain and what treatment he recommended. Additionally, he was very professional, courteous, friendly, and easy to talk with.

Doctor was very professional, pleasant, and gave me my diagnosis with treatment options. He said if I had any additional problems he would be happy to take care of them. Short wait before seeing him and all around great experience.

He is friendly & social, but sticks to the reason for your visit & how to resolve it. I recommend him highly.

As usual the checking process was quick. My doctor visit was speedy also, and my issue was addressed and discussed with my full care addressed.

Dr. Cockrell entered the exam room; he asked what was causing the issue. When I started to answer, he quickly stated, " You need to be honest with me so I can help you." (very abruptly! First and foremost, I had not even spoken a word. So I began to tell him the issue with my RIGHT arm (because I had fallen earlier in the year). He stated I see a neck problem on the x-ray. Go for two MRIs and come back... Compassion isn't in his vocabulary, and he had already dismissed the fact that I had fallen early summer and come to the conclusion it must be a neck issue. I felt dismissed and unheard! I proceed to an MRI appointment and show up for the 6 am exam to find out the test was ordered for the left arm. I repeatedly told the nurse and XRAy tech it was my right arm, not my left. Well, to say the least, this was very concerning...if I had to have surgery, would they even understand which arm had the issue because apparently, they do not listen!

Service was on time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was informative and easy to talk to

Quick and Efficient

Terrible bedside manner. He made hearing bad news even worse. He provided no information on my issue, like type, prognosis, or anything, he just pointed out the ways it was my fault. His PA had way better bedside manner.
