Very impressed with Dr Case. Very professional and thorough, giving me a very detailed review of the EMG of my hand.

My wife and I were very pleased with our appointment with Dr. Case. We found him to be kind, very thorough, knowledgeable of my health history, and took the time to carefully listen to my answers and questions before suggesting a course of treatment. His nurse, Sue, was actively involved before, during, and after the appointment was over. We would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Dr case and his nurse Sue are totally dedicated to helping the patient not only understand the problem, but they also have the compassion necessary to navigate your feelings about it.

Dr. Case came highly recommended to me, and I was not disappointed. He and his nurse were very friendly, with a caring demeanor. It was obvious he had looked at my tests and records before my appointment and took the time to really examine me, as well as ask questions, really listen to my concerns, discuss my condition and options available. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Case is very thorough and listens to what the patient has to say. He provided me with various options and ideas to help with my pain management. He reviewed my records and updated several items that were incorrect. These changes could very well help in dealing with insurance companies in the future. I also want to recognize RN Sue. She knew her job well, and performed it in a friendly, yet professional, manner. I left the office feeling more at ease than I had in quite some time.

Dr Case was wonderful. He was very kind and explained everything very well. I was very nervous and he put me at ease. His nurse was also very kind and helpful.

I love seeing Jim Case! He always takes excellent care of me when I come in, no matter what the problem. He faught for me as a patient with my insurance. He's always very professional but welcoming. The whole staff were very nice and very informative on my visit I was impressed. I was nervous when I got there but by the end I felt more at ease.

I arrived an half hour early, I got in within the minutes. I was there for an EMG. They both made me feel really comfortable, and answered all my questions about what to expect. They have a great sense of humor. I would recommend them to everyone.

I saw Dr. Case today for an EMG. He was very friendly and took great care to not cause any unnecessary discomfort during the procedure. He even took the time to get a tiny drop of blood out of my shirt.

Very informative I now know what carpal tunnel is and I never really understood it before and many of my coworkers have had this. Super nice too put me at ease.

Dr. Case is a very thorough and amiable doctor... He explained things well and offered help and suggestions for my problem. Highly recommend. Also, his nurse was a gem! She was very pleasant and helpful and did her job well!

Dr. Case is amazing. Literally the best of the best! He is attentive, respectful, and kind. I was comfortable with the nurses and with Dr. Case at all times. The office runs smoothly so you are in and out quickly, but never feel rushed. I will definitely use Dr. Case in the future if the need arises.

DR Case and his nurse Sue are the best ever. They worked us in and Dr Case spent a lot of time with us and even took a drainage tube out, which was not his responsibility. Dr. Case was very caring and listened to what I had to say. He was thorough in his examination, let me view the MRI, and made sure I didn't have any more questions before we parted.

Dr Case has been treating my trigeminal neuralgia for 13 years. I was unable to function when I met him. I have been able to work full time for 12+ years. I can enjoy my friends and family again. He listens and is knowledgeable. I have recommended him over the years and will continue to do so. His nurses are very good to work with also.

Personable, efficient and professional. Made an unpleasant test go by quickly and manageable. Explained everything well and answered all my questions. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Dr. Case and his nurse will exceptional in their caring, explaining the procedure and information regarding our next appointment. Dr. Case was thorough in showing images of the current condition as well as the range comparisons.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Case. He shared knowledge in a down-to-earth way and he seemed to really care about me as a patient.

Fairly fast check in. New patients have peperwork to fill out. Takes about 10-15 minutes at the most. Short wait for doctor both in waiting room and office. EMG scan takes about 30 minutes. Short wait between tech part and doctor part of test. Doctor and tech were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained every part of the test and checked on my comfort level often during the test. Would definitely recommend Dr Case and CNOS.

Dr. Case knew my history, asked important questions, and listened carefully to my answers. He also was very clear in telling me about the results of the test he performed.

I very much appreciated Dr. Case’s thoroughness in diagnostics, in order to decide on an appropriate treatment. He took his time and covered all the bases. I am comfortable knowing that my symptoms were not due to cardiovascular nor neurological problems, but due to unrecognized severe sleep apnea. He started by ruling out the causes that would be the most urgent, and worked down from there, coordinating treatment with my family doc and other providers. Great work, Dr. Jim!

Dr. Case was very personable and took plenty of time with us to explain my nephew's medical issue and answered all questions. Definitely would recommend him for family & friends.

Dr. Case spent enough time with me, answered all my questions, and reviewed my past records in order to provide recommendations.

Dr Case is a most pleasant gentleman and is a great example of how a doctor should treat their patients. He is friendly, polite and talks to you in ' people language' and doesnt throw big words around that leave you wondering what was just said. Nurse Sue is the perfect fit to Dr Case. She is friendly and a great people person. they make a great team !

Dr. Case was very informative about the test he was performing and gave explanation for the results of my testing. I and other members of my family have seen him and have always commented on how comfortable they felt asking questions and how forthcoming he was with information. I would highly recommend him to other patients for their care.

Very professional and thorough. While I was there primarily for treatment of sleep apnea, Dr. Case went above and beyond by addressing other Health issues that I had. He was a very caring physician who took the time to answer my questions.

I have seen Dr. Case several times in the last couple of years. He is a kind, caring doctor and you never feel like you are being rushed. I appreciate his thorough explanations of medical issues.
