I been with Dr. Brown, for over 20 years, excellent doctor, explains to me any questions that I have to make the best medical decisions for myself.

Excellent doctor that listens intently to solve issues. Maybe could talk by phone more.

Outstanding Doctor. I have been a patient of his since I left the military I was 1991 till present great customer service very professional and highly have recommended to my family my friends all have used his wisdom

I should've written this review three years ago. Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. Our insurance changed three years ago and the doctor I had been seeing for 23 years, no longer accepted our insurance. Holy heck! I was so stressed, until I found Dr. Brown!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!! He is as caring and kind as my former doctor. Most importantly, he is an active listener!!!!! He truly cares about his patients health! He doesn't rush or dismiss your symptoms. My hubby also started seeing Dr. Brown!!!!!! We moved out of state last Summer, otherwise he'd still be our doctor! I had my first appointment with Dr Brown in late January and I was blown away by how different it was from anything I experienced. He came in quoting my new patient paperwork, made it super obvious he actually read through it and asked me questions based on what he read. He talked to me about my concerns and overall health for 35 minutes. Didn't seem rushed and spoke clearly and matter-a-factly. There was no wait when I got there. His nurse Brittany was extremely polite. The front office staff was extremely polite and efficient. When he received my blood work results, he emailed me and ordered additional testing right away. I don't think I have ever been to a medical office ran this efficiently. I can't say enough great things about this doctors office. 100% satisfied

Well, I will continue to say Dr. Brown seems to be a nice guy and his nurse Jasmine (I don't think is there anymore) gives out the best referrals based on her personal experience and she was so reliable when it came to following through. As for the rest of his incompetent staff I have decided to move on. I am now using the VA however, I still want a civilian doctor so I am on the hunt. I am just so tired of talking to Dr. Brown's clerical staff who ask a bunch of questions and doing nothing beyond that. I have left several messages, no return phone call. His schedule is ridiculous, when are you available? Your availability needs to be posted not when you are not available. I could go on and on but I'm tired and feel as if it is a chore just calling his office.

Excellent Doctor

If you want numerous fees, lack of direct communication, and trying to find where his office is this month, then go for this doctor.

Helped me lose 60 lbs and manage my type 2 diabetes. If you don't like living, don't come here.

I don't know what to say except Dr. Brown saved my life by detecting my cancer early enough. No other family doc would have tested me for this type at my age.
