However, when I meet you for the first time in pre-op just 20 minutes before my scheduled surgery, you certainly don't bother to let me know that you are an out-of-network provider for United Health Care. They've been sending me the same bill for OVER A YEAR now. Every month when I receive the bill I call them and give them ALL the insurance info again... If you are familiar with military TriCare it overs 100% of everything. Yet they've failed every month for over a year now to properly submit the bill to TriCare. Still dealing with this...
