Doctor is super sweet, however CMA is rude.

Very positive experience.

Dr. Brown is one of the nicest doctors you could have ever have! He is so calming and very personable, he makes having to go for my yearly allergy exam a very pleasant experience. I truly recommend his office to anyone needing treatment.

Tried to schedule an appointment for my husband and did my due diligence by asking billing if they're contracted with his insurance and if they require a referral. Informed yes they are and no he does not. Asked to be transferred to scheduling. The scheduler told me she needed the referral in hand to schedule if he was referred, but if he wasn't than we could schedule. I argued with her over this and how it made no sense. Then she put me on hold 4 separate times and then randomly transferred me to someone else. They answered thinking I was someone else and said, "oh hold on you're not so and so". Then she put my back in the queue and someone else answered. The first gal didn't give anyone information and now this gal is wondering what's going on. The last gal was very sweet and helpful. To say the least I won't be scheduling the appointment there.
