I always had wonderful experience at this office DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE NICE PEOPLE . KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB

Staff was very polite. Dr Branch made rude comments and acted inappropriately.

Love the way they work with you and go beyond....Dr. Branch and office employee are our optometry go to.

The wait is always over 45 min and they act like that is okay. The doctor is as rude as the rest of the team. Tools seem outdated compared to other offices.

The receptionist is very rude. The office in general is very behind the times, redundant practices that are inconvenient to clients. I wouldn't recommend unless you have the patience and free time of the biblical character, job.

Dr Branch is a no nonsense kind of Dr. I wouldn't trust any one else with my child!

Dr Branch said 3 sentences during the appointment. Very rude and unprofessional! Gave no diagnosis. No stars needed!

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. The receptionist and the lady who sets the appointments are very rude !!! It's sad when my children can also sense the rude behavior. I refuse to go back to this place. Customer service was horrible.

The appointment ussually last for 2 1/2 to 3hrs and this is with appointment. Will look for other eye Doctor that is respectful with patients time. Will not recomend!

I like the part of him talking in English telling me what the truth is no funny words and funny ways of going at things. He's been fair to me every visit. Assistants are nice especially Crystal

I have had eye disease issues for years. Switched to Dr. Branch when my former ophthalmologist retired. I found him very knowledgeable and with an excellent manner. Wait time can be an issue, as with many other specialists in this area. Personally, I prefer a specialist who takes time to diagnose, explain and treat than to be rushed in and out. As with restaurants, there is a reason for wait lines. I have not experienced rudeness with staff, but do understand how that could occur considering their volume. Service is horrible. Waist of time and money

Would give a 0 stars if possible. First appointment, not crowded but its already been an hour and 10 minutes

Dr. Branch is a good doctor actually he is a wonderful doctor. I have no issues with him. He has been there for my daughters vision since 2013 and he has done a wonderful job. Now his staff is a different situation. The wait time is always over 45 minutes long. This will my last time taking my daughter to this clinic. I witnessed one of his staff members showing my child's chart to the front desk receptionist and laughing. I know it was my child's chart because we had just sat down, she still had her chart in her hands, she said its the last patient (she was the last patient) and she said her age. RUDE, unhelpful and uncaring office staff. Scheduled appointment to see the ophthalmologist but was told when arrived that the appointment was with an optometrist. There is a big difference in the two and I drove from out of town under the impression and specifically to see the ophthalmologist. Spoke with the office manager who couldn’t have cared less about my concerns. It seems she has no standard for patient care and obviously doesn’t hold her staff accountable. NEVER AGAIN!

Never again I waisted an hour of work to come and bring my daughter to an appointment, not to mention that she isn’t a new patient . Dad forgot Medicaid card , ok? But even tho they were able to check the eligibility and see she was eligible they choose to tell me that I have to reschedule, nope thank u ! Absolutely just a lazy office . I say this because I work at the dental field and my daughter isn’t a new patient Medicaid numbers don’t change so why ??? I’ll be looking for else where .
