Dr. Branch has, I believe, been a life saver. He was the podiatrist surgeon assigned to my husband after an infection went bad in the worst way in February. He has been an awesome surgeon, doctor, and guide though the healing process. His bedside manner is amazing. With all of the covid protocols in the hospital and with outpatient visits he is amazing with allowing communication during visits. If we had been to him sooner I believe we would have never had to have surgery. I recommend 10/10. Dr. Branch has, I believe, been a life saver. I had foot surgery in May 2015. During the follow up period from the surgery when they are not supposed to be charging because it is surgical follow up, he found things to do such as debreeding the wound, which caused me to owe a copay. And they waited almost a year to bill me while hinting at the possibility of collection activity. I believe it was not an honest practice and I would not recommend him only for that reason.
