Staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable in this clinic. The Dictor and Physician's Assistant are both wonderful.

Terrible reception staff, rude, belligerent, and lack communication with each other and with patients. Will not be returning to Dr Boyd as it causes unnecessary stress.

I love Dr. Boyd. He was my doctor from 1995 - 2013 and then now, once again. Dr. Boyd is the only doctor that has been able to diagnose my medical issues. I moved out of state and have had several doctors, though two of them did an okay job, Dr. Boyd has always been the one that fixed me. Dr. Boyd will always be my go family doctor.

Charge for follow-up appointments for the same issue. Other doctor offices usually include your follow-up. This tells me they're all about money and not patience care. I'll never recommend this place.

I have been seeing doctor Boyd for over 12 years and he has helped me in some rough situations. He is kind of doctor that puts in the extra time to research issues and call up the ER and any specialist to make sure he understands what has been done and your needs. My wife started going to him in 2013 and says, you never know you had bad doctors your entire life until you finally go to a good one! He also has 24/7 access, if there is a situation, him or someone in his practice will call you back via the after hours number. His nurse always follows up if you leave a voice or text message. The team of doctors in his practice are also outstanding.

He knew I was on a med from a psychiatrist for several months and did not check to see if my symptoms might be a side effect. I spent days doing the wrong treatment, seeing no improvement, and being filled with worry as it was quite a serious problem. Decided to google the side effects of the medication as a last resort. Right there in black and white. The bare minimum could not even be expected.

Very few doctors take my medical insurance, so I had to go with this office. I am actually livid right now about a misdiagnosis that took me one minute on google to figure out. One day I noticed that I had massive swelling in my right foot and a bit in my left. Alarmed, I scheduled a visit with Dr. Boyd. I trusted that he knew what he was doing, so I didn't google the side effects of medicine that I'd been on for months, prescribed by another doctor, a psychiatrist (I was already familiar with the side effects for the most part anyway). He went over my medical forms, noted that I was still on the daily psych meds, and asked the usual questions. After examining my feet, he concluded I had peripheral edema caused by too much salt intake, and advised me to change my diet and gave me a diet guide that was meant for people with high blood pressure, and basically no other advice. I also got tested for diabetes, at my request, because it runs in my family. I began the diet right away and saw no change. Increasingly I began to wonder if the swelling was due to a stress fracture in my foot because I am on my feet at work over 40 hours a week. I called and of course couldn't get through to anyone and had to leave a voicemail with his nurse, who didn't get back to me. So, after realizing I was going to have to miss work and was completely unsure what was going to happen with me, and quite scared, I thought maybe I should google the side effects of the medication (that he knows I am on) just to check. Boom. Right there, among the most common side effects, peripheral edema. I'd been eating broccoli and plain rice for days and experiencing massive anxiety over the unknown with no guidance, and the information is right there. HOW COULD HE NOT EVEN HAVE CHECKED? Even if it's not something he should be aware of with his years of schooling, he didn't think hey, maybe I could check to see if this young, otherwise completely healthy person may be effected by the medication they're on? There are other things about this clinic that have bothered me, such as the fact that he had a book by Dr. James Dobson out on the table in his waiting room, a notable homophobe. Didn't exactly make me comfortable, as a member of the lgbt community, to have someone responsible for my health displaying a book by someone who is openly hostile to my existence. But missing the medication side effect is beyond the pale. The basic due diligence can not even be expected from this office or Dr. Boyd.

I've been a patient of Dr. Boyd for 6+ years. He and his staff are amazingly thorough. They ask the right questions, listen carefully to what I say or ask, and communicate back clearly. Every single time I've gone here or got a referral from him, I notice another facet of the excellent care they deliver. To me, his years of experience and level of dedication are rare and ideal. Dr Boyd has been treating both my wife and I for more than ten years. He has always been very attentive to our needs. We are very pleased with the care and service he has provided.

My family has been going to Dr. Boyd for over 15 years. He is friendly, thorough and good with follow up. I have never gone to him and felt rushed or that I didn't receive the time I needed for my appointment. His staff is efficient and we rarely have troubles getting an emergency appointment when needed.

I've gone to Dr Boyd for years. He is very thorough and empathetic. He is quiet but I feel like he always listens to me and cares for my well being. He answers all of my questions diligently. His staff is great too.
