Mr. Bottenhorn's help was invaluable. For the first time in my life, I conquered the debilitating panic attacks that had plagued me my entire life. It was a very difficult time, I was severely depressed and although it was very, very difficult and it took some time, he helped me immensely and with his help, I learned life-long skills to help manage my depression and anxiety. I am very grateful. He is a very skilled therapist as well as kind even when I was difficult.
