Doctor was great. Office is hard to get on the phone

He listens to everything I need to tell him. Gives me plenty of time and never rushes me. He makes sure I understand everything that he tells me. I think he is awesome!

Looking in the “rear view” mirror, my entire experience with Dr Boss and his team was excellent. They were competent, friendly, and handled everything on time! Thanks for the outstanding care.

Dr. Boss is the best. Very knowledgeable and professional.

In the 30 minutes that I spent with Dr Boss, I learned more about my G.I. issues than I had learned previously from a specialist

I was super nervous for the procedure and from the time I walked in and was greeted by the front desk to the nurse that assured me it was going to be ok and explained the entire process I would be going through, then doctor I would say it was a simple procedure. Hardest part was the prep. Thank you all!

Dr Boss was very thorough and listened. He spent as much time as needed and was empathetic to my concerns. He put my mind at ease with a go forward follow up to confirm. I appreciate him going through all results and especially LISTENING.

The nurses was very awesome And the staff was very nice and the doctor was awesome

I had a very negative experience with this group. The office personnel were curt and not helpful. The nurse practitioner could not answer my questions. I am very disappointed.

Posting this for my wife because her review was deleted/other people are blocked from seeing it. "I almost lost my life because of James Boss. April 2, 2021 I went in for a UNNECESSARY routine procedure recommended by James Boss’s nurse practitioner Patricia for IBS. (I later find out there is no way to diagnose ibs) During the procedure I had samples taken from my right and left colon without my knowledge. I ended up in the hospital the same night in excruciating pain with a COLONIC HEMATOMA. Not once did the “Dr” check up on his patient (even after contacting his practice multiple time while I was in the hospital). Until this very day I have never spoken once to this man. He is incapable of preforming a simple procedure and failed to take accountability for his actions. They ran every test on me in the hospital and put my though so much stress because of this mans negligence. I’m a healthy 24 year old with no prior health issues. Please think twice before getting any procedure done with this “dr”. Just because you have a license doesn’t mean anything. I am now left with medical bills, trauma, and I can no longer trust any “medical professional”." I have yet to receive a report from Dr. Boss about the tests done in November 2020 and had to call twice to get anything scheduled.

Staff was great and physician was excellent. Highly recommend to all

My father has been going to this doctor for over a year now. He has Chrone's Disease. He likes the doctor but his staff and secretary are the worst, most incompetant people I have ever heard of. Dr. Boss has been telling my father for over 11 months now that he needs to be on Humira. They have asked him to call the company that produces the drug to get the paperwork that qualifies him and fill it out and give it to the secretary so that she can have it processed. He has done this twice. The first time the secretary never did anything with the paperwork and allowed it to expire. The second time she still hasn't done anything with it. He keeps calling and his doctor keeps stressing about how badly he needs to be on it but his stupid secretary won't file the paperwork. It's just absolutely rediculous that these people can't pick up a phone, dial an 800 number and tell this drug company how much medicine they need for my father. If you have a life threatening disease, don't go here. Especially if you're on medicaid or have no money. You will not be taken care of. My father has been going to this doctor for over a year now.
