Was seen right away. Everyone was very friendly

Always a great experience, the staff very helpfully and very knowledgeable

Dr. Bicos spent plenty of time discussing current treatment and possibilities for the near future.

The staff is so polite, patient and courteous. The doctor is very easy to talk to and is very patient friendly.. There is never a long wait.

Love Dr. Bicos. His staff is amazing, his knowledge is second to none,and he treats everyone with respect. Top tier establishment through and through. You don't have to wait for hours to see him either.

First time patient. Well run practice. Appointment was on time well coordinated. Dr. Bicos listened to my concerns and clearly laid out a course of action.

Dr. Bicos is very knowledgeable, easy communication, very open to questions and concerns. The process to book online is fast. Also all paperwork can be done previous to the visit online.

Third time I have seen Dr Bicos, and each time has been a pleasure. He is on-time, friendly, willing to spend as much time as needed and certainly knows his stuff. I am confident that I am in good hands.

My visits are always on time, pleasant and friendly with the staff and Dr Bicos, I never feel rushed, I'm encouraged to ask questions to make sure I understand. This practice is professionally the best.

Doctor Bico’s staff are very professional and courteous. I’ve always been taken back to the examination room at my appointment time and sometimes before my appointment time. Dr. Bicos is a very knowledgeable physician. He evaluated the MRI’s and Radiographs that I’ve had done, does an examination, and then makes his recommendations and gives me my options. He doesn’t push me into one option or another but allows me to make my own choices. I am very satisfied with the treatments that he has performed and his explanations and skill in performing them. I know that my condition is degenerative and that I may have to choose different options in the future, but I trust him to handle those situations as professionally and skillfully as he has treated me in the past. I’m extremely grateful to Dr Bicos for performing surgery on my shoulder. He’s an excellent surgeon. I no longer have the pain in my shoulder like I did before my surgery in January. I saw the doctor for a total of maybe 3 minutes, in and out. Now, you might think that that's great however it would have been nice to actually get to know me since it was my first visit.

He saved my life by not performing surgery immediately after a major fall even though 2 other surgeons said it was necessary. He is smart, engaging and treats the entire person not just a body part. I have recommended him to several friends with positive results.

My wife and I both go to Dr. Bicos. Great communicator about treatment and options available. Office is well run and always on time.

Amazing!!! He repair my acl and meniscus in my knee. He’s very professional and efficient. This is my first surgery ever and he gave me the confidence and security that I needed for the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Bicos for any knee injuries.
