I recently suffered a scary episode with my left eye. Dr. Bedsole and his staff immediately worked me in and diagnosed the anomaly, luckily it turned out to be migraine related. Thank you for your availability and kindness.

Great place. Very friendly people. Excellent eye care

Dr Bedsole is a wonderful optometrist. I have used him for years. One of the best bosses I've ever had.

Staff is very nice and pleasant environment. Very helping and gentle....I love taking my kids there... Wouldn't have it any other way.

I took my toddler for an eye exam last week. The staff was so pleasant! Dr. Lawrence is so kind and patient and does a fantastic job explaining everything.

Staff is very organize, friendly and professional! Dr Bedsole has an excellent patient rapport. He explains all care in details and takes time with you. I highly recommend this place for your eye Care!

Dr. Bedsole has been my eye doctor for many years. I apprecciate all the time he takes to answer my questions and to explain in detail. The staff are all nice and courteous and go out of their way to help with anything.

I’ve used Dr. Bedsole for years and I’ve always been pleased, but yesterday, when I woke with unusual eye pain, he was awesome. His staff worked me in and Dr. B diagnosed and treated my problem, which provided immediate pain relief. I’m so glad we have such a wonderful eye doctor at such a convenient location.

I am always seen as promptly as possible. My doctor cares about not only my eyes but my health in general. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

Love the new location, the associates are very attentive, well versed in their profession and as always I enjoy chatting with Dr. Bedsole. He's tells it like it is without trying to sugar coat his diagnosis. My kind of Doctor!

My glasses broke and couldn't be repaired. Had to have exam and got to meet new Dr. Dr Laurence is very friendly and thorough. Jennifer with glasses area is the best! I had issues with new set I got and she was patient and understanding and helped me destress and feel ok about having to come back.

All the staff was very helpful. Dr Bedsole made all the information I needed very easy for me to understand. I was very happy with my appointment as I have always been.

Wow. I visited this office for the first time today because they have 5 stars. I left my childhood clinic due to the front desk staff not being up to par. My appointment was at 9am and I didn’t leave until 11:15ish. I quickly realized that this place MUST delete bad reviews. Let me start off by saying the front staff is nice. The lady who helped me with my glasses was phenomenal. The doctor however is awful. While he was doing my eye exam, he asked me is this better or worse. I said “go back to the other one cause this one is not good.” He said, “I’m asking you a question. Better 1 or 2.” He was so blunt and rude. After exiting the eye exam, I sat down to figure out my glasses. I paid a $35 copay upfront before my exam, and the lady said since I have allergies that they will bill the rest to my medical insurance. WELL because I didn’t mention my allergies to the DOCTOR, he made me come out of pocket $140 for the REST OF THE EYE EXAM. EVEN AFTER the front desk people and the lady doing my glasses tried to tell him to change it, and that it was a miscommunication error. He REFUSED. Also, the frames I picked out had a price of $352. After looking them up online to show my husband a picture, I quickly realized that the price is WAY cheaper online! The frames was only $80 online ! I am horrified by this eye doctor, and I will probably go back to my original eye doctor and just deal with the horrible staff. At least I know she isn’t money hungry, and she does what’s best and more affordable for her patients. To the lady that fitted me for my glasses, keep up the good work. You deserve to work for someone thats better than that man. I highly doubt I will return. I ended up paying nearly $600 for my glasses/eye exam. I’m only giving two stars because of the lady that fitted me for my glasses, if it wasn’t for her, this place would get 0 stars! Wow. Very friendly and helpful.

We moved to Pell City 3 years ago, and got tired of driving to Trussville for our eye exams. I called on Monday of this week for an appointment and we were seen on Wednesday. We couldn't be happier with the service we receive

Great experience throughout my two cataract surgeries and follow ups.

Dr Bedsole and the staff rock. The facility and equipment are new and state of the art. I was never successfully able to wear progressive glasses or multi focal contacts until I saw Dr Bedsole and his staff. The exams are very thorough. Great selection of frames. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

I ended up being about 20 mins late. I called to make sure they could still see me. They were very accommodating! I am not usually late for appointments…… the staff was very friendly and I was apologetic ????????‍♀️ Dr. Bedsole was very helpful with my dry eye issues and very attentive!!!
