Dr Bedor is a unique dental experience. Kind and compassionate approach with unmatched professionalism is why I drive more than 3 hours to Dr Bedor’s office. The rest of the technical staff is experienced and talented as well. The office staff is very friendly greeting you and helpful as you complete your business. Dr. Bedor and the rest of the staff are amazing at their jobs and made me extremely comfortable in all my visits.

I had an appointment scheduled today for my 3 year old day daughter. She had fallen and broke 2 of her front teeth in half. I received a phone call at 1:12. I was told I was late and they wouldn’t be able to see my daughter. I assured them my appointment was for 1:30, and I even called yesterday to confirm. As we continued to argue about the appointment time someone else was put on the phone to assist me. She told me that I was correct, my appointment time was for 1:30 but they thought we would come 20 minutes early so they could get the insurance information. I told her we would have been happy to come as early as they wanted all you had to do was tell me. I then informed her that when I called yesterday to confirm the 1:30 time I also gave them all the insurance information so we’re good. She paused and said oh yeah I just noticed that you did. She then told me that they would still not see my daughter. I told her that if they wouldn’t see my daughter I would not be coming back to that dentist anymore. At that point she proceeded to hang up on me. I’m not sure if they didn’t like me, or the insurance, or seeing a 3 year old, or what the actual problem was. I just wish they would have told me to begin with, because now I have to get a new appointment somewhere else. At the end the day I have a 3 year old little girl with broken teeth that didn’t get looked at today. Does not seem very doctorish to me. Just disappointing. We have been discriminated against in the passed by doctors, simply for the crummy insurance. It’s a state Medicaid insurance, unfortunately we are not all rich. However on their website it did say that they accepted it. I even told them I would be happy to make up any difference in cash. I certainly hope this is not reason for us not getting in today. I remember going to see Dr. Bedor at his old office next to Little Cesars on Cooley lake rd. I always liked and respected him, so this turn of events was really unfortunate for me. A bit of advice... Text/Email confirmation on appointment times. I mean come on this is technology from two decades ago. I even get one when I schedule a $15 hair cut. I posted my review a couple years ago--when this incident happened--but it's gone now... not sure how that happened...... Here is MY experience with this office: I used to see Dr. Bedor as a kid. I left this office and came back years later. When I came back I was told that my insurance at that time didn't coordinate with Dr. Bedor and I would have to see Dr. Miller. I was told that I could see Bedor, but it would not be covered under my insurance. Months later my insurance changed and I confirmed that it coordinated with Bedor. Great! I scheduled my appointment for a Tuesday to see him. I get there, and I'm told Miller will be seeing me... That Bedor doesn't work Tuesday's. I was then told something along the lines of, "When one of them (Bedor--Miller) are not here the other will cover for them and not charge for being out of network"... Couple things here: 1. I specifically asked for Bedor and they scheduled me on a day of the week he wasn't even working. 2. Not 100% sure, but pretty sure that's some type of insurance fraud (definitely unethical). 3. When I told the woman at the front desk that I specifically asked for Bedor she argued, and lied to me by saying she told me--which she never did. This is not to say Miller isn't a great DDS. She was fabulous; however for me this is a principle thing. Basically what this said to me was the client doesn't matter. I can't see who I asked for if they're out of network, but if its more convenient for the office to see out of network then they look the other way. Not a way to run a business. Great experience! Dr. Bedor takes his time and makes sure things are perfect. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Dr Bedor has been my Dentist for almost 30 yrs. He has done a fantastic job over the years. The Staff is very friendly.

Dr.Bedor exceeded my expectations!! He is extremely detail-oriented and a perfectionist (as a dentist should be). I can’t thank him and his staff enough for their hard work on my bridge!

Very expensive. Premier Delta dentist which means cleanings are not covered at 100% and cost upwards of $60. Every time I turned around there was a new charge on my account. Also wanted to charge $25 to obtain my records when I left the practice. Karen was the only pleasant front office person who was helpful and enjoyable to work with. Very expensive. Being over 60 and having had dental issues most of my life I've visited many dentists over my lifespan. Dr Bedor stands out as one of the best I've ever come across. Not only do I have complete confidence in Dr Bedor's ability's - his office staff and aides are very professional and always very welcoming. I'm pretty much at the end of my need for dental care but I wanted to review this dentist for those that may be in need. Left practice due to high cost of services. Simple cleaning cost over $60/visit and forget about getting any real work done. Willing to pay for quality services (which this office didn't provide) but my insurance (Delta) covers cleanings at non-premier dentist at a 100% and better service. When notifying them of our departure they mysteriously came up with an unpaid balance even though I received a zero balance statement. The kicker was they wanted to charge me $25 to obtain my dental records
