Took over a week to process the referral to get an appointment scheduled. Not an efficient process.

When I first went I found the doctor to be very nonchalant and gave me meds without really assessing the issue because “hey doctors don’t know what causes migraines,” told me come back for a follow up then Bill me $25 for an appointment that I was never told about because they changed the initial follow up appointment. I will never recommend this place

If you want timely care, don’t go here! I was referred to KHB for a sleep study and it has been the slowest process ever. It’s been over 3 months since my referral and I still haven’t gotten an answer. I had to wait two months just to get my initial consult which was really just a few questions that could have been asked over the phone or online. Another 2.5 weeks to get a device for an at home sleep study. Now it’s been almost two weeks since my sleep study and I still haven’t heard a thing. I’ve left messages in the patient portal and voicemail and heard nothing back. Each time I was in their office, a patient was dealing with some clerical issue in person. One had been trying to reach someone over the phone, gave up and came to the clinic in person. Another person was sent up to the clinic to pick up a form, only to be told they don’t have that form and the person that did wasn’t in the office that day so they sent her away empty handed. This clinic just seems way too busy to actually care about their patients. Go somewhere else!

I've been a patient of Dr. Barry's since May 2022. The first time that I met with him, he spent over an hour evaluating me and going over my medical history. He is thorough, knowledgable, and very competent. He is also blunt, which I appreciate; it may rub some folks the wrong way, but he does not mince words and is very straightforward. He and his staff have always been available to help answer my questions, and they helped me create a comprehensive treatment plan for my aggressive multiple sclerosis and have taken all of my needs seriously. I cannot recommend Dr. Barry or his staff more highly!

My daughter is actually the patient. She lives 4 hours away and asked Crystal to send her lab request to her primary dr. The next day, when the office had not received the lab orders and my daughter had left messages, I was off work so I called. Crystal told the woman I was speaking to that she just sent them again and had just hung up from speaking with my daughter. Not possible. I was texting with my daughter while she was on the phone with her primary physian. I requested the office manager, got her voice mail and I was extremely angry after trying to speak with Crystal and made this clear in the message and left the number for her to call my daughter instead of me. This was a mistake. My daughter is extremely overwhelmed with her health issues and felt like Judy didn't care at all and just kept talking all over her. My daughter never felt like she was able to get any reassurance about the situation at all. I called her primary who called the office and was able to get the labs due to the fact she was calling from a doctors office. If not for that, my daughter would have had to take a day off to go to the nearest lab Corp 2 hours away from her. Dr Kane seems to really want to help my child but any physician is only as good as the staff and Crystal and Judy showed themselves to be a hindrance in patient care today.

Went to one appointment and saw Dr. Kane. He came barging in my room without knocking, then proceeded to interrupt and talk over me when I was trying to explain why I was there. I’m frightened and trying to find answers for my seizure disorder and he acted like he could care less. I contacted my regular doctor after this and asked to be referred to someone else. I would normally try to give someone acting like this another chance because we all have bad days, but after reading other reviews I think this is Dr. Kane’s normal “bedside manner”. Very unprofessional IMO. Treating patients like that is not ok. He needs to be reprimanded although we all know THAT won’t happen. Just because you’re a doctor doesn’t mean you get to act like a jerk.

I have been going here for quite some time and I do love my doctor Maddukuri at the Bedford location. And her assistant Zack. Unfortunately the incompetence shines to brightly here. The staff turn over rate is astounding! I can’t get anybody to answer the phones. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call. I usually hang up after 10 minutes. Rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I know it’s a tough job answering phones but really?

We had our second appointment with Kane Hall Barry, Doctor Barry specifically, this AM and as was with the first appointment, we were very pleased with the care and service we received from the Center and from all of the Staff. Dr. Barry was so very compassionate and dedicated to his work and to us, his patients, and our needs and concerns. His life-giving care is so very-much appreciated. The Clinical Staff here at the Colleyville Clinic are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in the roles they play throughout the clinic. We were truly impressed with the level of care that all the Staff gave to us, and we were especially thankful to Shea for her caring concern and attention to detail in helping us with our needs in a time when the attitude of those around us who can have such a positive impact, do so without reservation, or selflessness for others they are bound to help. My doctor was wonderful however getting through to a person or called back my medical staff or anyone else was a nightmare. I am finding a new doctor because their system and staff are too incompetent to actually receive information when you need it.

I have been coming to KHB for about 12 years now, unfortunately, I am a migraine sufferer and I must say with the many changes the world has seen they have never given anything less than stellar service, and for that reason alone is what keeps me coming back. I appreciate all the doctors, nurse practitioners, and office staff for everything they've done. Keep up the great work guys it definitely doesn't go unnoticed.

He explained my MRI to me and ordered tests on my brain. Finally someone understands! I'm in great hands with Dr. Barry and i trust him completely. Dr Barry and his nursing staff are fantastic. He is a very credentialed Physician in Multiple Sclerosis and would recommend him to anyone searching.

Great doctor!!

My visit to Dr. Barry was fine. I then started meeting with the nurse practitioner and that worked out great. I started taking the new migraine injections. My migraines improved. Where I had a problem was with the office staff. I'm on Patient Assistance to receive my rescue meds. I sent the necessary paperwork thru UPS for them to fill out. Someone signed for the package I sent but they claimed they didn't have it. So I then hand delivered another set with explicit directions. Pfizer sent me a letter saying that a date had been left off. I called and have never heard back from them. They obviously dont care enough about me as a patient to send back one form to Pfizer so I can receive my meds. I am 70 yrs old and live on a fixed income. Getting this Patient Assistance is very important to me. I read bad reviews on other sites about his office staff too. So I'm not the only patient that has been treated badly.

Dr. Kane is the best. Very caring.

Wonderful experience every time. I can’t recommend Dr.Shah and Dr.Ansari enough. They were very prompt with my diagnosis and care. The infusion center staff has been wonderful and always welcoming.

The staff was very helpful . The dr was great and the nurse who did the first part of my emg testing was friendly/professional. Recommended this office to my father in law. They make you feel very relaxed along with a ton of info about the procedure that is being performed.

Dr. Barry explained everything in detail. He gets straight to the point. I felt comfortable with the answers we were given. Thank you Dr. Barry!

I recently took my wife to an appointment with Dr. Barry. We were very impressed with Dr. Barry’s compassion and professionalism. He answered our questions in a clear precise manner. We arrived a few minutes early and taken to a exam room before our appointed time. The appointment was not the least bit rushed. We left with a good feeling and are confident going forward that Dr. Barry will take good care of my wife and her medical condition.

I went to Doctor Barry yesterday for the first time and I was very impressed by the way he took his time and was VERY thorough about trying to figure out why I was having seizures. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a new neurologist go to Dr. Barry.

Highly recommend Dr Barry. He took his time explaning things and we did not feel rushed. All the staff was awesome.

Dr Barry was very friendly and professional. He pulled up old MRI scans and eased my mind in a potentially scary health issue. He also explained in detail what was going on in my brain. The appointment was on time which is rare these days. Thank you for a good experience!

While this office is usually always empty it always seems to take at least 30 minutes or more to get called back to the office to see the doctor. The staff is rude and not helpful.

He is one of the most unprofessional, rudest doctors to ever come across. During the appointment, he laughed at my friends' husband medical history asking him why does he take this medication and that medication. After he went through the whole history, he ended with "well your're just a ticking time bomb, huh?" The real reason to be seen was never addressed, all he did was order an MRI and then request a follow up as needed. Corporate seriously needs to send him to an Ethics training and/or fire him. Let me start off with saying I HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH MY LAST NEUROLOGIST. To me letting people know who are looking for a neurologist Dr Barry at Kane Hall Barry is an amazing dr. Dr. Barry is a very knowledgeable and thorough neurologist. He is detailed with his explanations and will ask if you need more information but does expect you to do your own research. I do not find him to be rude, at all. He is straight forward and to the point. He does lack eye contact, but I believe he does so, to more easily focus on the information I was giving him. If anyone feels he is condescending, try not reading into his mannerisms. Try asking him how his day has been. The man is a genius! Who cares about interpersonal skills. I'm there for the knowledge in his brain and expertise. Good grief cry babies.

Shame on Dr. Barry for dismissing my 80 year old mother's problems and then failing to send his "findings" to her GP as requested orally and in writing, resulting in 2 more weeks of suffering for her. If you aren't in the medical field to save and improve a life, perhaps the medical field is no longer the best area of business.

I wish there was a ZERO star! Worst doctor, no make that "professional", I've EVER met. He was rude, judgemental, and all around condescending the entire visit. No joke, this guy rolled his eyes, laughed and scoffed at me my entire visit! I'm a nice, good person, but I deal with EXTREME pain all day everyday and I almost left in the middle of the "exam" because of the way he was treating me. If you're a "young(<30s), health LOOKING, female" good luck with this chauvinistic prick... he didn't believe any of my symptoms until he tested them himself. He didn't do the test I came in asking for. He acted like because I was on pain medication that I was a drug fein or junkie. He even said " do you want to take Percocet the rest of your life?!" condemningly, rolling his eyes and snickering. I said "No. No I don't! That is why I'm here seeking treatment to find out what is wrong and how to manage it!" I even mentioned I'm limited on the medications I can take because I'm breastfeeding and mentioned that I do currently have to take painkillers to actually get out of bed and care for my son-due to the full body pain I'm in. He laughed at me again and said "you're worried about that but you're taking Percocet?!" I said "YES. Yes I do take it, and ALL of our doctors (my ob/gyn, lactation consultant, pain management dr, and his pediatrician) are aware AND onboard with my regimen. I have never written any type of review before but felt it was in the best interest of anyone looking for a doctor in this field. Dr. Barry is the poorest excuse for not just a doctor, but also for a human being. He treated my spouse and myself as being unworthy of being in his presence. Thankfully he didn't feel the need to spend more than 2-3 minutes with us or too answer any of our questions that we had. He also could not keep accurate records of medications that he prescribed and dosages

He seemed bored, distracted and disinterested. As my wife answered his questions he stared at his watch and the ceiling. Dr. Barry was referred by two doctors (primary and ENT) yet one of. his comments was "what do they expect a neurologist to do?".. I don't have an opinion on his medical expertise, but he should improve his patient interactions. One of the strangest physicians I have met.

This is a mean man. He will make you feel small and stupid. He literally rolled his eyes at me at one point. I sat in my car and cried after my appt..do yourself a favor and don’t see him unless you like feeling dumb. It makes me feel bad to write a bad review but if I can save just one person from feeling like garbage I will. Sorry Dr. Barry, but I don’t know why you are so cold. Try to remember that most of your patients are dealing with lots of pain and kindness goes quite far.

Dr. Barry has absolutely no interpersonal skills. He talks around you, not too you. Emphatically diagnosed me with something, sent me to another specialist who found nothing and when I returned to him he just shrugged it off and said that it must have cleared up.

Dr Barry spoke to me about my condition and helped me understand what all I was dealing with. I was referred to him and I am really glad he is my neurologist. I am on some medication that Helped me so much. He is a nice older man.

We had an emergency situation (my husband's vision was going REALLY bad) and made a same day appt thru our other dr who referred us. the appt was at 1pm but we had an unexpected delay and couldn't make it til 1:30. the office staff asked Dr. Barry if he would still take us-he said yes. He said he could think of many reasons the vision could be failing. (unlike other drs who just seem to not know what's wrong). Was also very nice. I really like that he took us even tho we were late. Very smart, obviously experienced, thorough. Office staff has procedures down to a science. If you're looking for a feel-good party partner, not the guy. If you need a Dr that knows his trade, highly recommended.

I don't understand hoe this Dr. doesn't have a perfect score with everyone. Having had several/many Dr.s before Dr. Barry and never have anything go right and then find Dr, Barry and have everything go right makes me wonder what other Dr's score here. He is prompt, courteous, thorough, professional and even manages to show a sense of humor, provides a clean environment and a great professional courteous staff . He doesn't over book or under book you. I'm not sure what else you could ask for.

Figured out a bizarre medical condition I had been suffering for years that had been blown off by many doctors. Completely changed my life.

Be smart and read reviews before coming to this man. Out to get your money!!! Beware and read all reviews they are true!

Seeing Dr. Barry for MS for 4 years or more now. He is a very kind, smart but introverted man. I am an introvert too and I think many people don't like introverts. He helped me get on difficult to approve IV medicine and helped me with paperwork to file for disability. I love the office staff and the office is beautiful.
