Dr. James F. Anoia

Dr. Anoia is thorough and discerning. I am fortunate to have found him.

I was placed in the exam room at 12:25 where the nurse took BP etc. Then I was left in there where nobody came for over an hour. Not one person popped in to say he was running behind etc. I finally walked out. This was just a simple physical...just to look at my labs and tell me everything was fine. When I called afterwards nobody said sorry etc. They just asked if I wanted to make another appointment. No, I will find a doctor that respects the patients' time. We all understand doctors overbook and are always slow and late. The bigger issue is just communication. Even at the 45 minute mark, if someone had come in and apologized and said it should be soon, I could have put up with that.

He is the best everyone there is friendly and caring he cares about you as a friend i love this offbice

Everyone is great in that office from the receptionist to his PA and especially Dr Anoia he never makes me feel rushed he is a great listener and thorough. I am extremely impressed with the office.

I am in my 70’s and over the years have lived in numerous states. I must say Dr. Anoia is THE BEST primary care physician I have ever had. He is thorough, attentive, and prepared: when I come in for my yearly physical: he has a list of questions and suggestions for my complicated health issues. He is patient and and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I feel so lucky at this stage in my life to have found such a stellar doctor. I’m in my 70’s with a number of health issues: Dr. Anoia is the best primary care physician I have ever had.

Very rude office staff. I called requesting to speak to Dr. Annoia's nurse about the vaccinations on my file and they told me that would not be possible. They refused to provide me with my virtual medical records. One staff member hung up the phone on me when I said I was unable to come to the office to pick them up. When I called back, the secretary that answered informed me that I was the rude one and lectured me for the next 5 minutes, calling me "verbally abusive." Well that was a first for me...I've spent years working in the finest hotels and restaurants in the hospitality and tourism management world. I decided to discontinue any sort of business with this practice after this incident. I will not return and I normally do not write reviews, but this one had to be shared.
