They give fake results and are not legit what so ever. You will get a test but will never get results!

Gives out fake covid results, they never pick up the phone and taking insurance money! I reported and will continue til you are shut down

The lady on the front is very rude and doesn’t seem to like working there. I went in and she was screaming when I called them to ask for directions. The doctor skips line and sees patient on a random basis, do not care about walk ins, they put me in a room after over an hour wait and I was told I am the next patient, while I was in the room I was hearing all the doctor and employees chatting in the hallway for over 10mins, I was patiently waiting but some other patient walked in and the doctor went to attend him instead of me, making me wait another hour. Very unprofessional, when i asked the lady about skipping me, she said “I am not here to argue”. Finally the doctor was nice tho, i think it problem of the management and not the doctors. His staff makes him a bad doctor because they mess up the paperwork.

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!! They are slow and rude and act like you are bothering them when you request service. I waited for over three hours to be seen for COVID testing. No, there was no line ahead of me; I arrived to 15 minutes before open. They do not provide instruction on their process beforehand so you will pull up to find out you have to fill out a form at a random link and then wait to be seen by a doctor via video conference. Dr.Fadul is very rude, unprofessional and nasty. Smoking cigarettes during appointment. Do not come to this clinic. His license to practice medicine should be suspended. He should feel shame about himself!

Unimpressed with this practice. Seems like an office that was purchased by Jamal Fadul but run by PAs he's hired. It doesn't seem as though anything in the office was updated; just new owner taking over an old practice. Since making it my primary I've never met the doctor and haven't been able to be seen within 24 hours anytime i've been sick or needed a refill (and this has gotten worse post- covid). It seems as though their practitioners are scheduled out at different location throughout the week; so each time I've been in, I've been seen by a different practitioner. The practitioners are friendly enough but lack the personal relationship with an actual doctor. They've scheduled teledoc's and missed their own appointments or been late. I've brought in copies of paperwork they've "misplaced". For simple refills of non-narcotics, they want you to make appointments... this seems as a way for them to bill the insurance company and make money. Dr. Jamal Fadul is the best PCP I have ever had. You cannot find another doctor more caring, compassionate, and thorough than Dr. Fadul, and sadly, he hasn't been able to see patients for that past two years I believe. Recently, I visited the College Park urgent care for COVID-19 testing, and the process is really simple and easy if you know how to read. Before even driving to the office, I just did my telemedicine visit at home. Even though the clinic sees almost 200 patients a day for COVID testing, the wait time after registration is extremely reasonable. Someone called me with me COVID-19 results after just 18 hours, which was really great since I am travelling soon. Dr. Fadul was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend college park medical center!! This location is great, and so is the service. I'm definitely coming here again! Bad service to fax the report to the hospital take forever

I have been going here for years. My experiences have always been good. Only one doctor irritated me. The rest have been awesome.

"Dr." Linda, the nurse practitioner who examined me, was very demeaning to the staff, right if front of me. I was embarrassed for her and them. I will never go back there again.

Prejudice doctor (S Drummond), made me wait in a room for an hour after all my vitals signs were checked, she came to the room several times didn't say anything, but she kept running her mouth to one of her patients nextdoor. She has no work ETHICS and no respect for other cultures. she also treats her staff like ignorants I assumed it's because their ethnicities . My daughter saw Dr Fadul and since that time she has had nothing but problems. He may have a charming personality but his billing is fraudulent. His office billed my daughter for procedures on a date that she didn’t even see him. He also ordered thousands of dollars worth of blood work and didn’t go through our insurance like he was instructed. We are still getting claims through our insurance that are 18 months old. Don’t even consider going to him, run as fast as you can!

Dr. Fadul runs an extroardinarily clean and efficient practice. He is very intelligent, thorough, and considerate. I appreciate all his help and kindness. I am definitely changing him to my PCP as soon as possible. I would highly recommend him for all children, seniors, and especially UMD students.

Best doctor I have ever seen, and he is now my PCP. When I came in, he made my son smile the aching pain away. He was very kind, welcoming, considerate, and he explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. He quit smoking about 3 years ago, so NON-smoking doctor confirmed, and there are some fake reviews on here.

I've been to plenty of Urgent Cares in Maryland and Washington D.C., and this urgent care was the BEST! I would highly recommend college park medical center. Dr. Fadul was extremely thorough, and he thoughtfully answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout my appointment. The staff were also extremely courteous and made me feel comfortable while waiting to be seen. The location is great, and so is the service. The new construction on the basement is also amazing, and I am so happy that there is such a kind and helpful urgent care near the University of Maryland. If you're student at UMD, you should definitely come here! The free coffee and treats were a nice bonus as well!! He was smoking a cigarette during my appointment time. Came in 30 minuets later and saw me for 30 seconds. My wound got infected that night because he did not clean it before wrapping it again. Had to clean and care for it myself.

This practice has a very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Fadul was very knowledgable and professional. He also always follows up with tests and makes sure to prescribe the correct medications. When I was prescribed medication, the doctor gave me samples so that I could start right away until I will get the preauthorization from my insurance. I did not receive health care from Dr. Fadul. But he is the owner of the Med-Ped Health Care business and I have been fully frustrated trying to resolve a billing dispute for over a year now. I have to wonder whether part of their business plan is to improperly bill customers and pocket the profits. Dr. Fadul is responsible for his staff and they cannot answers their phones nor return my calls. I've gone in person to see the office manager, but she hasn't helped either. Next I'll visit Fadul

I've never had a better doctor. He has a wonderful manner and comprehensive knowledge. You can ask questions and he follows up on problems. This doctor works with you and for you.

Dr. Fadul is an excellent physician. He is very patient, professional, friendly, and kind. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and is extremely thorough in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Dr. Fadul and his staff are efficient, polite, and are always receptive to complaints. The practice serves X-ray, Blood test, Ultrasound, and other procedures.Highly recommend. Very happy to have an awesome doctor that takes care of my family and me.
