Dr. Jaime A Baquero

OMG, run as fast away from this office as you can- Dr Baquero is fantastic but the problem lies with the entire office. 1. The main number automated phone tree is the worst and you will never be able to talk to someone. If you leave a message, no-one will return your call except for Dawn. 2. The office is extremely understaffed and disorganized. Home test kits can't be found, their fax machine isn't working properly, so test results that may be incoming may not get to the staff. 3. The office has moved locations twice in the last 5 or 6 weeks and has changed names. I've never been more frustrated. The entire office is in reactive mode instead of proactive mode.

Dr Baquero is the best! He left his practice in NH for warmer Climes and I'm lucky enough to have found him in Florida.Hes the the only Gastro Doc I trust. Saved me from a truly dibilitating problem and I trust him with my life.

Initial visit was to address the need for a screening colonoscopy to address my history of colonic polyps. Dr Baquero was polite, friendly and took a sincere interest in my medical issue. Without hesitation he formulated an initial plan to assess my condition and sent me for related blood work. He is a Harvard educated physician - I am glad to have him as my gastroenterologist.

Great doctor. Very oersoanable. I Would recommend to anyone that needs to see a gastro doc.

Check in was a breeze, the staff knew their job & were helpful. The Dr took his time to make sure that I understand what was going to happen..

Very caring Dr. He took care of my problem that other Drs could not do. After 5 years I have relief. Office staff very caring and get back to you when needed.

My husband was referred to Dr. Baquero and instead of his office making us wait a month for an appointment, he saw my husband the next day. Dr. Baquero ordered tests and hydration immediately and then a scope. I cannot praise him enough. He recognized my husband’s pain and weight loss and acted immediately

Dr Jaime Baquero is fabulous , very attentive, great listener and so Is the office staff. Great 5 star DR!

Our wait was not long. I was a new patient, so there was alot of paperwork to fill out. Dr. Baquero was very nice. He listened to everything I had to say. He had ideas that my other Dr. never even came up with. I think Dr. Baquero is really going to help me.

I was very pleased with Dr Baquero and his staff at my recent visit

I had my first appointment with Dr Baquero and was so incredibly impressed with how kind and compassionate the entire staff was with me, including the Dr! He listened to all my health concerns and was so attentive! In addition, I was able to get another urgent stat referral for another specialist I have needed to see for months and was so happy that I cried when I was told that I won't have to wait for months to a year to be seen! ????????????????????Thank you to his whole staff for being so wonderful to me! All the staff there were wonderful and friendly.

This Doctor is knowledgeable and has great people skills

Everyone was very professional and very caring. I was given all the information I needed and was made to feel very relaxed.

Dr Baquero is an excellent Dr, very professional and a good bed side manner, has found diagnosis when other GI couldn't. Hands down!

Dr. Baquero is a vary empathetic and caring gastroenterologist. He listens carefully and gets things done. His staff is equally as awesome. I am glad I was referred to him!

Dr. Baquero figured out what was wrong with me after being misdiagnosed for 5 months of misery. He prescribed the correct medication and I now am back to my healthy active life????

Knowledgeable Dr and wonderful staff. Made my colonoscopy incredibly pleasant for such a normally unpleasant procedure.

The office staff was very kind and patient answering questions and providing the needed information. I loved Dr. Baquero. He explained all that needed to be done and the whys. Also, the reason behind the order of things. He alleviated my fears and concerns

Strangely, he was my first Gastro many years ago from up north. He is focused, thorough, and gets the job done. Glad he is here.

Very attentive and all went as scheduled

Dr. Baquero appears most competent. Listens to concerns and explains everything. I was happy to hear he deals with constipation as I do…. Wholistically

Best GI doctor!! He is attentive and takes the time to answer all of your questions. He also is extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

The nurses are amazing and the staff in same day surgery and the recovery room are absolutely lovely thank I all for being so caring. As far as Dr Baquero goes he is absolutely the best best bed side manner and aqualung has a conversation with u. I just adore him.

Very professional, courteous, caring..

I had medical procedures and Dr.Baquero was very reassuring and very detailed to what I was going through. Made me feel better and more comfortable

Dr. Baquero seems like a competent and knowledgeable physician. The problem I have is with the communication through his office and patient portal. I can never reach anyone in the office or online.

Overall I am happy with Dr. Baquero, however, the practice itself has some kinks to work out. Mainly communication. I hope that they have addressed the phone and patient portal issues since my last visit. It was very frustrating to try to contact the office. Marika

This was a teledoc appointment.. This was my 1st visit with Dr. Baquero & he seemed nice. It took a while to get the appt going due to internet & availability on the doctors part. I look forward to seeing him face to face.

August 18, 2020 Dr. Jaime Baquero is THE best! He has been my (and my husband + 2 sons) doctor for nearly 15 years in Somersworth, NH. We cried when we found out that he moved to FL! If you ever change your mind, Dr. Baquero, and decide to return to NH, we will all welcome you back with open arms! In the meantime, we wish you the best life has to offer. He did not share with me what the tests I had revealed. I had to ask and got only a tiny bit of info. His only recommendation for possible LPR (silent Gerds) that I suspected was to take acid blocker pills, high dose...all with questionable side effects and not recommended by experts in this problem. He dismissed diet as having any bearing on the problem.

Dr. Baquero was my Dr. in Somersworth, NH for many years. He was the best Dr. I have ever had. He is so compassionate and caring. He will be missed by myself and all that had him.

BACK IN DEC JAMIE BAQUERO DID LAPAROSCOPY ON ME AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME I HAD A HIATAL HERNIA I HAD TO READ IT ON MY PAPERWORK WHEN I WAS HOME HE KNEW I WAS IN EXTEME PAIN AND DID NOTHING NO FLASH FORWARD TO JUNE 9 2020 AND MY HIATAL HERNIA IS BACK AND CAUSING EXTREME PAIN AGAIN NON STOP BELCHING AND CANT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FOR 8 DAYS, I WENT TO THE ER THEY ARE CLUWLESS THEY THINK HERNIAS DONT CAUSE PAIN AND WOULD NOT EVEN EVALUATE MINE. OK I GET LESS THAN 10% OF PEOPLE HAVE COMPLICATIONA FROM HERNIA’S BUT I AM ONE OF THE 10% OK? I AM SUFFERING EVERY DAY AND HAVE HAD TO RESORT TO BUYING PAIN PILLS OFF THE STREET TO HELP ME FOR ONLY 2 HOURS UNTIL THE IMMENSE UNBEARABLE PAIN IS BACK, JAMIE, IF YOU WOULD HAVE INSERTED MESH AND HELPED ME BACK IN DEC I WOULD MOST LIKELY NOT BE GOING THROUGH THIS I AM SUFFERING EVERY TIME MY HERNIA POPS BACK UP IN THE HIATUS HOLE.
