Dr. Jagadeesh C Reddy

Dr. Reddy has been taking care of me since Jan 2020 on an antibiotic to cure a infection I got in my knee. He is very responsive and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend him. In search for this type of Doctor.

Dr. Reddy saw me for a total of 8 days at Mission hospital. I found his knowledge, advice, and care taken to be at the highest professional level. I highly recommend his service, and consider him responsible for getting me well enough to avoid surgery to treat my infection.

My husband was the patient of Dr. Kopacz, ID dr, at Mission Hospital In December 2019. Patient was admitted to the Hospital for 9 days and then discharged home with continued IV order for 4 -weeks. Shortly after discharge, Dr. Kopacz was unavailable due to her scheduled holiday vacation. Dr. Reddy was the on-call physician for Dr Kopacz. I called Dr. Reddy three times with messages to call back. He never once called back nor left any message. I understand he didn’t know the case; however, it would not have been difficult to inform him of the patient’s history and current condition. It is SHAMEFUL and UNCONSCIONABLE that an on-call physician for a patient’s post-hospitalization stay would not be available for consultation nor have the common courtesy to return a call after leaving him three messages. He should not receive even a 1-star rating. The above is our only experience with this physician.

I have been seeing Dr Reddy for three months due to a MRSA infection of my spine. He is brilliant, Board Certified in three specialties yet humble. He looks deeper than many doctors to ensure an exacting diagnosis based on history, physical assessment and lab and test results. He never seems rushed and his office staff(especially Elizabeth) are awesome. Excellent communication, and he explains his opinion of your diagnosis and then orders subsequent studies to differentiate the diagnosis.

I refuse to be seen by Dr Reddy. Everything he wrote in my hospital report was untrue. From saying I displayed chills and had a fever to where the redness was located in my leg. I’m not sure why he did this. He dismissed my past diagnosis of a hereditary disease & instead reported me to be an alcoholic.

As unlucky as you have to be to have an infectious disease, consider yourself lucky if you or a loved one in the hospital has an infection and Dr. Reddy is assigned to the case. He is very conscientious and in a sea of disinterested, often lazy medical professionals who unfortunately seem to staff some of our hospitals, Dr. Reddy is definitely stands out as one of the good guys.
