Jacquelyn Reilly

Dr Reilly was very caring and thoroughly listened to my concerns. She explained things well and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I feel like I'm good hands under her care and I would definitely recommend her.

Jacquelyn Reilly is short tempered and condensing. Her bedside manner needs serious attention. She was even shorter mannered with my toddler, if that is humanly possible. I get they (kids) ask questions, get excited, or even nervous; however, the way she handled my six year old was astonishing…..and not in a good way! Jacquelin shook at her head at my child when she asked if she was going to give her a shot…like really kid?! Well yes really, since that is all they hear on the news, every other tv or radio commercial, and they know it hurts when they get it…..so yes really!!! She actually said to the six year old “stop talking I need to have a conversation with your mom.” Then she switched to asking my kid questions in less than one minute. My six year old wouldn’t hold eye contact with her, so Jacquelyn took her finger and lifted her chin twice with her finger! The second time she did it, she said “look at me, I think you want to be part of the solution so you need to look at me.” I didn’t even want to look at her!!! Who does that? She needs a refresher course in bedside manner or needs to retire because she acts like a tired grouchy old lady. Very poor experience left 8 hours after surgery without pain medication I was unable to rate experience with provider at zero as I would have liked to do

I saw Dr Reilly for a quick visit for what I thought was maybe impacted ear wax. Turned out I had some fluid--maybe related to a recent flight. She explained everything clearly and we made a plan to just watch things for a few weeks since it's likely to resolve on its own. She actually did remove a bit of wax from my other ear which was painless. She was lovely, efficient, gentle and helpful! As a physician, I know effective care when I get it. I saw Dr Reilly for a quick visit for what I thought was maybe impacted ear wax. Turned out I had some fluid--maybe related to a recent flight. She explained everything clearly and we made a plan to just watch things for a few weeks since it's likely to resolve on its own. She actually did remove a bit of wax from my other ear which was painless. She was lovely, efficient, gentle and helpful! As a physician, I know effective care when I get it. Much appreciated.

I thought she was fabulous, visited yesterday with tinnitus and hearing loss. She was Very thorough in explaining all the possible causes and ordered an MRI. She was very compassionate, listening tentatively to my concerns and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Reilly has been treating my sinuses for over 2 years without success. My last and final straw was when I went to her telling her I could not bare the pain anymore. She ordered a CAT scan and never called me with the results. Over 2 weeks I called the office leaving 5 messages. The only information I got was from the receptionist that said a nurse that had gotten one of my calls requested an antibiotic for my sinusitis. Nobody called me this information. I am now seeking someone else.

She doesn't care or even pretend to. Go elsewhere.

She was not very caring and never took the time to share any results with my cancer doctor in Boston I will never go there again she is not getting any good referral from me She didn't even deserve one star

Dr. Reilly is excellent; she's smart and personable. She's thorough, caring, and up on cutting-edge technology. I was referred to her for a specific problem. My exam was geared toward that. However, I presume my exam was fairly standard. A nasal endoscope revealed a lack of polyps. I'm really appreciative that she performed this test. Nearly a year later, I don't have to wonder whether this is the reason for chronic sinusitis, which seems impervious to modern medicine. As Dr. Reilly performed a thorough examination, I'm able to know this important information. Thank you! This office is quite large, and fairly crowded. Dr. Reilly's associates are pleasant and helpful. It's been eight months, and I still recall the secretary offering me an extra pair of reading glasses for the form, so I didn't have to go outside in the rain to retrieve mine. There was a long wait. However, you'll be happy about this, since the packet you need to complete is extensive. Once I was in the office, Dr. Reilly commenced with the exam fairly quickly. She did an amazing job dealing with my daughter who had anxiety issues around surgery, doctors etc. She was around 12 at the time and needed her adenoids and tonsils removed and Dr Reilly did an amazing job working with and reassuring her.

For the only time in my life, I was hurt by sloppy instrument usage while simply cleaning out my ears by this ENT She was brusque and then condescending when I told her how extreme the pain from her inept jabbing was with a pointed instrument into year. Do not trust her with any medical instrument in her hand that goes into your ear.Inept. I had an urgent situation and she was the only ENT available. NEVER AGAIN. 10 hours later, I am still in pain. She couldn't have cared less.

Dr. Reilly performed my septoplasty. I had dealt with breathing problems on one side of my nose for years and was looking forward to getting it fixed. My results from the surgery have been horrible. I can barely breathe easier & now have a hole in my septum causing it to whistle when I breathe in every day. It's extremely annoying trying to fall asleep and others can hear it too. Her care and compassion is awful & she did not seem to care with proper post op instructions. Seek help elsewhere!

The two times I saw her, she said she'd call (once to check on my status; the second time to give me the results of labs); she didn't call either time. She dismissed my concerns as I was speaking--didn't listen attentively. Left a message on my voicemail that a prescription was ready, but didn't tell me what it was for (no diagnosis given) or where it was. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The doctors and PA's are great but the wait time for urgent appointments can be upwards of 3-6 weeks. I also feel that a wait time of sometimes 45 minutes is much too long especially for young children.
