First she is kind and compassionate. She also is passionate about what she does “ make people feel better about themselves “. I was a bit nervous when I decided on a mini lift . I was nervous because I am new to the area and she was new to me. She came recommended from a friend. Results , she is masterful. Her results are natural and flawless. Stitches what stitches - so adeptly applied they are unseen and meticulous. She is also masterful with a needle- my past experience with fillers be it with a plastic surgeon , Medi spa PA’s bruising . I just thought it goes with the territory . Her technique is painless and I had no bruising. Really no bruising . Wonderful office , her assistants and her wonderful front desk receptionist could not have been more kindly. Thank you to the team. I feel so good.

Dr. Royce is a skilled surgeon and a master at her craft. I am beyond happy with my surgery she did, which took over 6 hours, I would recommend her highly, matter of fact I am having my son and my roommate go to her for their surgery needs. .She removed a cyst from my face. I was disappointed with the results knowing that it could have been done with less of a scar. I would not recommend her to anyone. I would rate Dr.Royce 10 stars if I could!!!!! Shes amazing at what she does!!! Her and the staff are awesome and put very much effort into making sure all her clients are happy.

My experience was awesome. Starting with the office staff and ease of scheduling... Dr Royce took her time to explain my procedure and what to expect. Very happy with the procedures performed by Dr Royce. Will continue to recommend her services.

I had a consultation with Dr Royce, she was very nice but her office staff is terrible. I need breast reconstructive surgery. I met with the doctor and she was nice. The office never put through the authorization to my insurance company. When I call to follow up they say we will call you back, but I never receive a call back , even when I ask the doctor to call me back. I had to find a new plastic surgeon. Very unprofessional staff.

I recently had Dr. Royce perform removal of my breast implants due to a painful capsular contracture, she provided the best surgical care and follow up. I am an experienced RN with an understanding of care practices and I felt well informed, safe, and confident in Dr. Royce's care.

She did my eyelids and I look just like I did in college. Ive had several compliments. Definitely refer anyone to her and at a fraction of the cost compared to others and no anesthesia!!! THE BEST!!!

My experience has been unfavorable. I should have chose a doctor who charged a bit more to have it done correctly the first time. I am now going to have to have major revisions done ($$), if not the entire procedure done for a second time. After multiple second opinions, hearing her suggestions to fix the problem (admitting there was a problem) left me feeling very uneasy and frightened to have her do more to my body. Also, she was trying to charge me MORE money for a shoddy solution. I’ve even expressed a desire to have some sort of refund or partial refund and she has ignored me.

Dr. Royce does not have expertise for facial surgery. I would not use her again. Some of the cyst on my face may have been left in my face. The scar was crooked. I developed a bacterial infection which is ongoing and a lack of interest in my after care. I do, however, believe her expertise lies moreover for removal of skin from overweight patients (which I originally sought her help for but was denied by my insurance plan.) I asked the nurse to see the picture of the cyst removed. She did not know she was supposed to take a picture. I did not feel that see a dog in a physician's office was professional.

I have had several Procedures done, first with a upper Eye lift 15 years ago. I fix the tip of my nose 7 years ago and 5 years ago I had a mini mini facelift. Some of the procedures I have had done you can do wide-awake in office w minimal downtime. Every surgery, minor and major including ones at the surgery center she has answered each and every text message, and thoroughly made sure I understood everything I was going to go through. I am so happy with choosing Dr. Royce for my explant surgery. I wanted to make a lifestyle choice with no implants or smaller implants . I decide I just want to have them out completely since over the years and several surgeons that out was best for me at this stage in life. My best friend and I both got breast implants. Dr. Royce popped her implants in her office trying to fix her uneven stitching. We both have the double bubble when we flex and it's bad. We both are very self-conscious and have never showed our breasts off since we've had them done. We both also lost all feeling in our nipples. It's been 5 years and it still hurts when they are touched! Nipples are out of the sex games! I would never recommend her to anyone. My best friend and I both got breast implants. Dr. Royce is a wonderful surgeon who repaired my daughter's broken nose flawlessly. Her bedside manner is outstanding--she made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible going into surgery, made sure she was comfortable after the procedure, and checked on her several times after we got her home.
