The office the staff and the Doctor made what could be an uncomfortable experience very easy.

Dr Kaiser and her staff are very kind, considerate and welcoming to their office. I found it very easy to discuss my symptoms with them.

Dr. Kaiser (and her staff) are absolutely wonderful! I went to her 10 years ago for surgery and everything went so smooth- including the recovery time. I had no discomfort. I just saw her again the other day to schedule a colonoscopy. Along with being a top-of-the-line physician, she is so kind and compassionate. She listens to your concerns and answers all your questions - you never feel like you are being rushed out of the office. No question about it - she’s the best!

Dr Kaiser has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is not only professional, efficient, and knowledgeable but she is compassionate and understanding. Her staff is amazing too.

Dr. Kaiser and her team are fantastic. They make an uncomfortable situation seem very normal and handle you with extreme care. This was my 3rd colonoscopy with Dr. Kaiser and I pray she doesn't retire while I still need her services. I recommend her and her team to everyone.

All staff was pleasant and professional. Atmosphere was nonstressful and added to experience. Dr. Kaiser was informative and attentive to issues. But in the end, I left feeling I was in good hands

From start to finish this office is awesome! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Kaiser was very thorough when going through my chart with me and was knowledgeable about my medications. I left feeling very comfortable about being in her care for my colonoscopy.

Excellent physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaiser for over 20 years. Once you find an excellent doctor you stick with them. Dr. Kaiser explains things clearly and concisely, and makes colonoscopies bearable. Considering that they are not exactly fun, I mean this as high praise.

Dr Kaiser is always kind & thorough. She puts me at ease & I know she puts my health as a top priority. I recommend her to everyone:)

Dr. Kaiser and her staff are professional and very patient focused, as well as being kind people.

Things couldn't have gone better. Dr. was professional, on time, compassionate and reassuring. Team was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable .

The process of a colonoscopy seems to be so daunting, but Dr. Kaiser and her team made it very manageable and not overwhelming. There was a long wait from when I arrived at the site for the procedure but once I went back to the procedure prep area it went very quickly and smoothly.

Dr Kaiser is amazing, she’s is very thorough, and very personable. She takes her time to explain, and to listen. Her staff is very attentive, and actually return your calls. They work with with you on scheduling procedures. They try to accommodate your schedule to meet your deductibles and maximize your insurance benefits. I’ve been seeing Dr Kaiser for the last 3 years, if it wasn’t for herthoroughness, I would probably miss my early cancer diagnosis. I absolutely 150% recommend her!

Dr Kaiser is extremely thorough. I never felt rushed as I do with some doctors. She took time to listen to my concerns and respond to each of them. Her office staff are all very pleasant, well trained, and are thorough as well. I was particularly appreciative in the days leading up to my colonoscopy that I received text messages reminding me what needed to be done that day, what not to do each day, and when it was time for each step. Highly recommend!

After dealing with issues far too long, I reluctantly set up an appointment with Dr.Kaiser - and I’m happy to say, she dispelled all of my treatment misperceptions,, and left me questioning why I didn’t see her sooner!

The mind is a powerful thing how I dreaded going to a proctologist. I chose this provider and she was excellent empathetic, listened and validated my concerns. Very gentle wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Highly recommend her

This office provides exceptional patient services. Emily, the care coordinator was so helpful in getting my appointment scheduled. Upon arrival the front desk was very polite and efficient wit paperwork processing. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kaiser is very professional and so easy to communicate with. She spends quality time with your during your consultation. At discharge. I finally met face to face with Emily, the care coordinator. She was delightful! I was impressed with all of the follow up communications ensuring you were following the prep instructions and providing a contact number should you have any questions or concerns. Dr. Kaiser carefully explained the procedure, and followed up to make sure the procedure was a success—which it was!
