My son was referred by his pediatrician to go Jacqueline Jones as he had accidentally put something up his nose and we couldn't get an appointment to see her until the next day at 8AM. We got there and after 5 pages of medical forms and 30 minutes wait, and finally in the exam room, she started asking the reason for the visit, and after 5 minutes of questioning, she then decided that sedating a 4 year old is better and that it is better to go to an emergency room 10 blocks away. She barely even tried to exam or pull out any tools to examine my child. So, of course we ended up in Mt Sinai pediatrics emergency room for 5 hours. I told the ENT ER Specialist and she was also surprised by this recommendation from Jacqueline Jones. I am appalled and very disappointed that a Doctor with her merit would think that sedating a 4 year old to remove a superficially placed object would be the best form of recourse. Let me just start off by saying DR. Jones is the best of the best. I've been treated by her for a few years now and I absolutely love her. She's so caring and knowledgeable about what she does. Dr Jones is a wonderful, knowledgable and empathetic doctor that truly cares for her patients and has great outcomes. We've been to Doctor Jones since our son was 10 months old due to ongoing ear infections. Doctor Jones did ear tube surgery that was life changing for us, as he had been through so many rounds of antibiotics at such a young age. The surgery went great (super fast) and we've been ear infection free for a couple of years. We also saw her to evaluate his tonsils and adenoids and were very pleased that she took a step by step process towards a solution vs proposing a more invasive procedure upfront. I've also really appreciated her newsletters since the pandemic started as they've been a great source of knowledge and calm in these crazy times. I especially appreciate how she shares facts and evidence along with her professional opinion based on these studies. Dr Jones has been treating me and my children for over 10 years . My great experience begins with her staff understanding my needs and allowing me and my family to receive the care we need and able to resolve any issues with insurance, prescriptions and follow up care . Dr Jones is a compassionate , thoughtful , incredibly talented doctor . She listens to what we are saying and she is able to treat me (us) with both homeopathic remedies as well as traditional medicine . Dr. Jones is a fantastic pediatric and adult ENT. She took excellent care of my daughters and myself. She is very attentive, listens to her patients, and provides excellent care. I've been bringing my daughter to Dr. Jones since infancy. She now 15yrs old. We love the service. She has had several surgeries from infancy. Dr.Jones has done a Over the top job pertaining to our daughter. She will not go to anyone else. The staff in the office is pleasant, very knowledgeable as well. We recommend her services to our family members.

Dr Jones has been our family ENT for over 25 years, taking care of our children since they were infants. I visited recently for help with persistent ear infections triggered by a skin condition. She was very gentle and made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam and procedure. Dr Jones is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and has lovely bedside manner. The office is clean and the staff is professional and friendly.

I enjoyed the waiting room experience being with the young and old among Dr. Jones’ patients although it was about a half hour wait. Dr. Jones, in turn, had thoughtful attention to listen to what I had to say during our appointment and respond with equal attention when I remembered something after we had finished. She also recommended natural remedies for ear itch and ear wax. The assistants were polite and actively contacted my insurance company to determine coverage for a test on my policy figuring in my deductible for me and everyone was respectful of the time frame I needed to work with. It was a quick follow-up visit regarding ringing in my ears that I forgot to bring up during my last regular check-up. What was shared with me that day was disconcerting, because it appears there is no treatment for tinnitus. In fact, that is the bodies method of "healing" the ear.

Anisa was very warm and welcoming upon meeting us in the lobby. She played along with our tricks to help keep my son calm and was very patient with us when he was not cooperating so well. We really appreciate this type of service, it helped keep us stress free and get past the toughest part (letting the child go), so thank you to Anisa and the rest of the staff who were all smiles and professional. I have been seeing doctor Jones for more than 20 years. First, she treated my son and performed a tonsillectomy on him. Later, I became her patient and have always found her thorough, compassionate, and responsive when I call her office with follow-up questions. She is a great ENT.

I called the office 3x. THREE times to verify Dr. Jones was in network. THREE times I was told yes. I asked at the time of the appointment and once again was told YES. I ASKED Dr.Jones HERSELF and was told Yes! During the appointment I asked if Dr. Jones could please avoid scoping my son as he was traumatized years ago by another doctor in her office by the unnecessary procedure. Yes, unnecessary. I have been to over 5 ENTS with my son since birth and the only practice which insists on scoping the child " for insurance purposes " is Park ave ent. Dr. Jones said if I wanted the insurance to cover, my son would have to be scoped. She basically bullied me into it and ignorantly I agreed , because of course she is the "professional." A couple of days after the appointment I was again called the office to make sure we were in network, because from what I could see on my end we were not. The receptionist once again said Yes, but I insisted on speaking to the medical coordinator. The medical coordinator advised ME to call my insurance. Wait? Isn't that YOUR job. I did as I was told and found out we were in fact OUT of Network!!!!! At this point I had to call the office and cancel my son's surgery! Rearrange my work schedule and call and ask the company who was scheduled to read my son's Sleep Study results to please not charge me as Dr. Jones was not in network and I was not going to love forward with her. They were WONDERFUL and understood completely and refunded the money I had already paid as a deposit . Dr. Jones office however was not as understanding. Their response was "These things happen. And they would charge the visit as an in network visit." Gee thanks. But that total is over $600 for a doctor I am not going to use!!! My son's surgery with another doctor who did NOT scope him unnecessarily total out of pocket including surgery was $400!!!!!! Yet this office visit is over $600 and they are not taking ownership for THEIR error!!! Beware !!!! Every child comes out in tears because of the scope!! The very expensive scope!!! Jackie Jones is a wonderful eye, ear, and nose doctor. She is always able to identify my illness and knows exactly what medicine to prescribe to relieve the symptoms.
