Dr. Jacqueline Christine Castagno

Dr Castagno is no longer there. She left without warning after my surgery before my 2nd follow up. The doctors that UF have brought in are only there 2 weeks out of the month 1 doctor has 1st 2 weeks the 2nd doctor has the next 2 weeks. They do not return calls. They do not respond to the my chart UF is so proud of. They do not seem to care when things go wrong with your surgery. They tell you on a monday at 815am that they can squeeze you in on Friday at 12. Then the hospital customer care experience person tells you it would be best if you went to an urgent care facility or an Emergency room of some sort his words not mine. So to some it up they can cut you open take body parts out make a supposedly 3 day stay in the hospital turn into 2 weeks and then never follow up or show any compassion at all. Dr. C took over gyn/oc care of my late wife who was diagnosed with stage IV vulvar cancer and given 6 weeks to live. I am convinced Dr. C's treatment contributed greatly to my wife living 13 years until her death. My wife spoke highly of Dr. C even after we moved to Pittsburgh and later to Las Vegas. Best wishes Dr. C!
