Just changed doctors. I had been with this doctor for over 15 years, but her staff is completely incompetent. I had to make 6 different phone calls to Agcaoili’s office for two different issues that were being ignored. The pharmacy contacted her office for a refill on a prescription 4 times, calling twice. It still took them 3 weeks to fill it. I have now had to raise my voice twice with the staff, once to get my medicine, and once because my pulmonologist wanted her to refer me to a rheumatologist and had sent the note to her several times AND called once. Both times I had a fit, I finally got what I needed, but that was the only way. It took three weeks to get a refill, and two months to get referred to a specialist. I already have anxiety issues and lung disease, I do not feel like wasting my time with this doctor anymore. Her unprofessional staff reflects badly on the doctor. Bye-bye.

I have been a patient for over 18 years, but not happy with recent care. Her nursing staff has gotten worse through the years. Being that you have to deal with the nursing staff most of the time I am to the point of leaving the doctors care as I can no longer with an incompetent staff. When the nurse calls to give you the results and you ask a question and she has to ask someone in the office to google it for her, tells me she has no clue. Then she is constantly asking questions when she has all the information in my chart as she is calling to provide me results. I like the doctor, but this is the last straw for me. When I start raising my voice it’s because they are not listening or being understanding. A patient should not have to repeat themselves two or three times for the same issue. Nurses should be listening to your issues to provide the best information to and from the doctor.

Recently switch doctors and chose Dr. Agcaoili. Staff has been pleasent and helpful. Dr Agcaoili was attentive and knowledgeable. Waited 2 weeks for New Patient appt. Nurse had long, long nails. 20 some years old was so overweight she could barely perform routine tasks. The Dr. Was pretty good though.

This is one of the worst office Ive ever been in! The Doctor doesnt care for anybody but her pockets. Sad to think this is the care people get. If you value your love ones or yourself find another Doctor. The staff is a direct reflection of the Doctor, which im not sure who is worst. I will never let this doctor around anyone I know.

The receptionist and people who answer the phones are extremely rude. They hang up on you without any consideration for your situation. I am trying to seek medical care and they treat you like dirt.

I had to switch doctors with my insurance. My wife has been sick for days and she has to wait 1 month just to get checked by this doctor. If you really want a good doctor, i recomend not this one. BEWARE.

Dr Agcaoili has her direct number on the voicemail if you call after hours for something urgent. Don't bother calling because she is rude and won't do anything for you because she is out of the office. She doesn't even have the courtesy to follow up on a phone call that was a bad connection. The doctor was pleasant during my initial office visit. The girl at the front that greets patients is a grouch and I believe the overall attitude of the office comes from the doctor who is no a caring person. She treated me like I as a drug attict asking for pain medication and that is not at all what I needed. Claudia that works in this doctors office is the only one that seems to try. I love their staff and Dr. Agcaoili, professional, clean, and tentative to your needs. Best primary doctor in Riverside!!!

I have seen the Dr for over 8 years and yes she only sees you for seconds it almost seems as if shes in a hurry to get you out. But the staff is very promt with resolving any prescription issues. My daughter was seen by her and said she spent less than a minute explaining het xray results and wasnt offered any therapy or future care.

Where to begin? 1st, good luck having your call answered. Supposedly they're closed for lunch from 12-1, but I've called several times at 1:30 or even later and have heard the same phone message saying to call during business hours. They also shut the phones off before 5pm, OFTEN. 2nd, if you strike the lottery and the phone actually rings, good luck on them answering it. 3rd, if somehow a miracle happens and someone picks up, good luck making an appt earlier than 4 weeks out. It just won't happen. As someone who works in health care, I ignored a huge red flag when I walked into my first appointment: Large shelves with filled with paper records. Get an EMR already! It just shows they are unwilling to pay some money to provide better care for patients. As far as I can tell the front desk do everything - scheduling, billing, referrals, checking in patients, the whole bit. Each one of those things should be a separate person to ensure proper patient care. This doctors office is a prime example of what is wrong with health care - the primary care physician serves as a gatekeeper to specialists, but by doing a bad job at it they are acting as a bottleneck. I'm going back to Riverside Family Physicians for my primary care needs. Same day appointments, people actually answer their phones, and they have enough staff to actually get things done. She is hardly in the office and when on vacation NEVER has a cover doctor. Closes early alot. Receptionist is rude and impatient. The nurse in back is the only sweet one. Dr Agcaoili spends at least 2 mins. with you if your lucky after waiting in lobby & and in back a total of 33 mins. No, I would only recommend her to my enemy.
