The doctor is disrespectful. I came because my doctor referred me to see an allergist from a bad allergic reaction. I have been to the ER because I struggled to breathe with hives on my body and blisters on my fingers and my doctor and the ER told me to see an allergist. Now it has been a month and the blisters have gone away but I still struggle to breathe when I sleep and my skin keeps breaking out. I finally went to see an allergist. When I try to speak to the allergist he does not listen. He talks over me and tells me it is just allergies and that I never had an allergic reaction. I said I don’t get bad allergies. It is not common for me to break out in hives and have breathing issues. The doctor said I never had blisters and that it was probably just bed bugs and dust mites. My grandmother has bad allergies, especially dust, so we make sure to keep the house clean. When I was trying to show him a picture he snatched my phone out of my hand and talked to me like I was dumb. When they did the allergy test I never got my results. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time he does not do anything.

Dr. Offenberger is the RUDEST Dr. I've ever met! Took my daughter there first to see Ms. Cecilia and she was awful! Decided to see the actual Dr and he's even worse! WILL NEVER GO BACK! I ask him why he was being so abrasive and he jumped down my throat telling me it's his practice! He told us to move to Alaska to fix my daughter's asthma! Prescriptions prescribed wrong. He actually took a phone call in the middle of me talking to him!! 2 times I was interrupted with nurses coming in from to talk to Dr about other patients. Then our appointment was abruptly over when a different nurse came in and told him to go to another room while we were still talking! UNBELIEVABLE! WORST DR EVER!!!!!,

This practice is focused on getting a high volume of patients through and not on patient centered care. I don’t care for the doctors bedside manner or the amount of time he spent with patient. The policies of the office are a barrier (appt./shot scheduling, hours, notes for work/school). On multiple times the staff is arriving and unlocking the front door right at 8 when I had an 8am scheduled appointment. The nurses that give shots are nice and good but that was the only positive about this practice.

Great doctor - horrible staff I wish I could send an e-mail to the doctor rather than writing this public review about his staff, but there is no e-mail address listed on the website, and of course the staff in GH office are very irresponsible to help over the phone. We visited the doctor in Canyon Country office on November 30, my 9 yrs old quickly connected with the doctor, and overall, it was a great experience, and we found the doctor to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Our daughter was prescribed an inhaler to use before her physical activities. The following day I pick up a form from her school to be completed and signed by the doctor, so she can self-administer the inhaler at school. The Granada Hills office told me the doctor was not in GH that day, and in the next couple of days they will call me to pick up the completed form. 20 days have passed, and they have not called me yet, I have been calling the office sometimes a few times a day; I am on hold for 12-15 minutes each time, and every time they say the person in charge will be calling me back, but nobody has called me yet. This is very disappointing to see a wonderful doctor has such unprofessional staff. I am not sure if the doctor is aware of his staff’s attitude and their lack of work ethics. This office needs better management, and an e-mail address (listed on their website) directly to the doctor or somebody trustworthy to be contacted in situations like mine. Been trying to get my lab results for days now; there is literally no one there. You just get an answering machine. Unbelievable!!

The absolute best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of!!!! No greater Allergist Doctor on the planet!!! He is a problem solver and gets my allergies under control in very short order!! Nothing but the highest praise for this kind man!!!

Ladies who answer the phone are very disrespectful. I will never call them or visit them.

Jackie is rude, not kind and not helpful and talks down to people who call. not to mention fails to call her patients back and then makes excuses in a condescending manner. Rudest staff I've ever met. Completely incompetent. They screw up scheduling appointments, don't call when they say they will, don't send paperwork they claim they sent, and blame you (loudly and rudely) when they screw up. They talk over you every time you try to ask a question and just get louder as they keep talking over you if you continue to ask questions. Go literally anywhere else. Pick another medical practice because they truly don’t care. Unprofessional at best!

I would give this place 5 stars but the White, Hispanic looking receptionist is so rude and cocky and does not show any concern for patients. She is always at the front desk and you have no choice to ask her questions and she gives a mean look all the time. Excellent allergist.

There staff is great! There superfast i spend about 10 minutes everytime I been there.i was stressing one time cause I had to take my younger daughter along she was acting up but they were nice about it gave here a lollipop and understood she's a child and children act like that made me feel comfortable.

The best. Was able to diagnose my allergies when nobody else could figure it out. I have a rare type. He found asthma in 15 seconds using new technology.

Very unhappy made appt per their requests. Came on appt day and unable to find the appt as well as my chart, when I spoke to the front office I felt they were very rude. This office is very disorganized along with the shot clinic

Dr. Offenberger has been treating my allergies for about 18 months. It took about 9 months to get things under control but since then, I've been symptom free. His competent office staff administers the monthly allergy injections and Dr. Offenberger personally reviews my case and progress every six months. It's good teamwork and based on the Doctor's office procedures, there's never any waiting or delay.

Have been coming here for many years, the nurses do a great job

I have been a patient of Dr. Offenberger for 5 yrs.now. One of my boys is his patient as well. The Dr.is very knowledgeable and truly cares about one's health and well being. The staff is super nice. Highly recomend him.

Dr. Offenberger is the best. He treats my allergies and asthma well. I highly recommend him. Priscilla the front desk person makes you feel welcome as she works tirelessly to assist all of the doctor's patients with scheduling etc. Thumbs up Priscilla!
