Dr.Mullins is an excellent Dr. She listens, she assesses and then shares feedback, she talks to you not over you. She genuinely cares about finding solutions. She's a gem.

She is so kind and caring. If she doesn't know the answer she will make sure to find out. Always looking for your best interest. Highly recommend

Dr. Mullins was very personable. She was thorough and she made sure I was comfortable and had all of my questions answered.

I hadn't been to a Dr. in years and was very nervous and anxious. Dr. Mullins has a very calming demeanor that put me at ease and I am looking forward to future appointments with her.

Dr. Mullins ALWAYS listens to me, and she really HEARS what I'm saying. She is always empathetic, and just a fantastic family doctor in general. Unlike one of her co-workers, Dr. Santos or something like that. I made the mistake of choosing her for a primary care physician once years ago and she's still at the same clinic, which is amazing to me! The first time I saw her the only thing that she had to say was, I don't prescribe pills. Even though I wasn't even asking for pills! I had to go back to a nurse practitioner at Theda care to get my needs met. Not sure why she even went to medical school, as she was no help at all! It's about time that they found a quality doctor for this clinic again! However, the urgent care at this clinic truly is the best in town. By far! Dr. Mullins and her nurse Tonya are both great! I felt comfortable at my first appointment almost a year ago, and I am happy that I have finally found a PCP that is easy to talk too. All of my concerns are taken seriously, and I would recommend her 100%.

I started seeing Dr. Mullins about a year ago after decades of dealing with digestive issues and seeing various doctors with no relief. Due to how long I've dealt with these issues I've been hesitant and cautious to write this review but after a year I finally feel confident enough to say that my quality of life has improved immensely since seeing Dr. Mullins. I still have an underlying digestion issue but the very first medication that Jaclyn prescribed me has made a HUGE difference for me - I can now live a pretty normal life after 20 years of struggling. Considering how many doctors I saw and tests I had and things I've tried before seeing her, for her to improve my life the way she has on the very first appointment is amazing to me. Hopefully she can be my PCP for the long term but unfortunately it seems the Greenville clinic has a tough time retaining talented doctors as I've gone through 3 of them. In any case, Jaclyn has basically given me a normal way of life back which in my opinion is about the highest praise a Dr. can receive. I only wish I could have found her sooner! GREAT doctor but nurse Tonya is WORST nurse ever! My wife had a health scare and went to see Dr. Mullins. My wife was VERY pleased with the doctor but will NEVER return after being insulted and mocked by nurse Tonya! Great doctor but when your nurse is a judgmental, insulting, !!!! you get 1 star! You are only as good as your weakest link! My 1 star will go to five once we discover that her choice of staff has been removed. GREAT doctor but nurse Tonya is WORST nurse ever! I’ve not been impressed so far. It would seem as if Dr. Mullins wants to run up my bill by ordering test after test. I’ve had three lab tests done in the last three months now and while one showed not great results, the 2nd looks fine to me. The third was unnecessary and inconvenient for me. I don’t feel like anybody there has taken the time to get to know me or bother looking at my medical history. It’s like Dr. Mullins is just following a script and applying a process without talking to me. After my first lab results came in her nurse called me and literally read, word for word, the doctor’s notes to me. I’ve signed up for online messaging, why not email me? Dr Mullins has nothing but impressed me. She's always taken the time to hear about my concerns with our kids. She's helped us with everything we've needed: well visits, UTI's, epipens, rashes and even pneumonia. Several times I've called and been able to see her the same day instead of waiting in an urgent care waiting room. We'll keep going to her, I trust her with our 5 kids and my own care! I was getting four prescriptions updated. I went to pick them up and they only had two. I called Ascension and they said that the other two were at a different location. (Why they would do that is beyond me, but whatever) I called the other location and they had ONE of the two. I called Ascension back and Hailey was very rude and couldn't explain why she lied. She said she'd have a nurse call back. That was an hour ago. My doctor himself is fantastic. I'll probably continue going to this clinic regardless of the rude support staff, but I wouldn't go here if you have vital prescriptions. This is the THIRD TIME they've messed up a prescription. I used to love this clinic. Until today. I saw their new physician, Jaclyn Mullins back in December for a wellness visit. Decided I really liked her even though i also liked the current primary care physician I did have. So I opted to switch to her. In the last few days I noticed I would need a script renewed so Walgreens said they would contact my pcp. I get a missed call today and call back to speak with the nurse. I assume it's about my script. The nurse went on and on about my bp still being high and that if it didn't get lower I would have to be put on a second med (first, why wasn't I told this when I followed up in mid February). Ok fine. She then proceeded to tell me that since I am on birth control inwould need to get a new primary care physician because Dr. Mullins doesn't do scripts for it. I asked why as she didn't explain. She seemed to not want to answer. Finally after being persistent, she said the doctor didn't believe in it so wouldn't prescribe it. I was fuming. Why, back in December, did she even see me let alone take me on as a patient when she saw I was on birth control?! Secondly, it is completely discriminatory to me to be told she would not prescribe meds. I am.so unbelievably upset at how this was handled. If I was informed in the beginning I would have been slightly put off by it but since I've dealt with her for almost 5 months and was never informed is completely unacceptable.
