My child had a large hemangioma on his neck. Dr Yu removed it surgically and it looks like it was never there in the first place. I'm a happy mom, and I'm still impressed by the outcome! It's been a few years since the surgery and today my child is very confident and happy. Dr. Yu is EXCELLENT!

Incredible bed side manner and extremely knowledgeable

My daughter is now 21 and she had a cleft lip and palate. She has been going to Dr. Yu since infant and she has had a few surgeries and I must say we are very pleased with the outcome. I look at other patient and I can see a difference. He is the best. I would refer him to anyone.

We have been working with Dr. Yu for a few years now. Our son was born with cleft lip and palate. He has had a bone graft and looking to having jaw surgery/distraction soon. There is no one else we'd rather see. My son respects and trusts Dr. Yu as do I. This is a very important factor.

My experience with Dr. Yu was wonderful. He literally put my face back together! In 2007 I was involved in a horrible car accident. My entire face was shattered, completely unrecognizable. Dr. Yu was my plastic surgeon he did an amazing job. I'm so grateful for this man, I remember he told me once "It doesn't matter if you are the President or Natasha, you are still important." I'd highly recommend him.

My daughter was born with Pierre Robin Sequence and Stickler Syndrome. She has been seen by Dr Yu since she was a few days old. She had a complete cleft of her palate, which Dr Y repaired around her 1st birthday. She is 6 years old now, and her repair still looks great. We have seen several doctors for different reasons, who could not believe that she has had a palate repair. It looks like it has been there all along. As a mom with a baby facing these issues, I was scared to death. Dr Yu encouraged us and answered any questions we have ever had. He has been patient and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone. I Was Born With Cleft Palate And Pierre Robin Syndrome. Never Had A Repair. Went To Him At 14 And He Wanted To Cut Half My Tongue Off. I Cussed Him Out And Told Him No. His Office Still Sent My Family Letters Trying To Get Them To Go Against Ms And Do It Any Way. I'm 37 And Will NEVER Have Repairs.

Very patient and informative. He does EXCEPTIONAL with surgeries (mandibular distraction for my son). We love him.
