Worst experience at dentist ever.

Saw him years ago, my jaw locked open during his care, he did nothing and told me to keep wearing the appliances regardless, I got worse and had horrible symptoms from it that I had to try and deal with while working, he doesn't or never explained the correlation between the jaw and whole body like I later learned, he was the beginning of my downfall of why I'm now no longer able to work or function, another cookie cutter tmj dr that doesn't know what he's doing nor have compassion for the patient,tmj treatment should not be cookie cutter or limited into only looking at the jaw itself, it was also weird when he would spend very little time with me, then go in a room and shut the door with his assistant after giving her lingo I didn't understand while looking at me, then he would come back shortly after, and basically send me on my way, I went to him many yrs ago in his normal il office, if he's still treating tmj, I hope he has, educated himself more, if not, beware, especially if you're a more complex case, he didn't help me,made me worse. Dr. Walz has been treating my TMJ, facial pain, headaches, and migraines since 2015. Without him and his office, my quality of life would be substantially less. I will always be grateful for his care, it has changed my life.

Incredibly helpful in getting my jaw joint stabilized! I no longer have jaw pain and ear pain.

I had been suffering from TMJ pain and headaches for nearly a year when I first came to Dr. Walz office. With his treatment I no longer hear noises in my jaw when I eat, my headaches have gone away completely, my jaw no longer locks open, and my neck pain has improved substantially! I would recommend his services to anyone and I have worked in the dental field my whole life! Great experience.

I came to Dr. Walz because I had a habit of grinding my teeth and would wake up with a tightness in my jaw in the morning. After meeting with him and him monitoring my braces with Dr. Arkwell, I would consider my case a success.

The care that I continue to receive by Dr. Jack Walz and his staff has exceeded my expectations. I was initially referred to Dr. Jack by my primary dentist when I began experiencing limited opening abilities and locked jaw. Over the course of my treatment, I have hit several bumps in the road that have set my recovery time back, but Dr. Jack continues to work with me and customize his treatment to fit my lifestyle. I have seen considerable improvement now that I am back on track and am well on my way to having a perfectly functioning jaw. I am impressed by the care that I have received and his staff is nothing but amazing! If anyone is dealing with TMJ or related issues, I would most definitely see Dr. Jack Walz. He is dedicated to his patients and will go above and beyond to help in any way he can. The care that I continue to receive by Dr. Jack Walz and his staff has exceeded my expectations.
